Eva did a recent poll that included the pairing. Then she commented about how well the pairing did on the poll. So I'd say she's at least thinking about it. Whether we do get it in future, I don't know.

Not necessarily. You don't have to follow Holly to the book fair. But having a good relationship with Holly helps. Just make sure your Ian gets over Gillian before chapter 12 and you should be good.
