I'll freely admit that this is partly the case for me. Not really because he is hefty, at least not by itself, but more because he lacks any sort of charisma and style that'd make up for his size.
I'm not attracted to overweight people, but I have been with a couple of men who were because other details made them attractive.
In Stan's case it doesn't help that he can spy on Lena's sexual escapades, but that is only present on some routes. Still makes me less interested in trying anything with him. (Does he spy on any pairings besides Ian?)

Yes. The big one is to pair up Ian with Lena. Have Lena engage with Axel and Seymour. Enter a relationship with Ian in chapter 9, but also let Lena succumb to Axel and Seymour. The cuck path starts in chapter 10 if Ian choses a sad smiley option while he is with Lena.
