Yes, work through the commands available at the bottom of the false crash screen. IIRC the sequence will proceed after activating each (or most of them) once.
You have never seen a situation where someone is concerned for a person's well-being, even if that person insists they're fine with doing something stupid, reckless, or seemingly out of their character to date? It's perfectly normal and common behavior.
But that said, the shower scene specifically has Lena provide her reason not to join in her internal monologue:

Or, far more simply, it was a bug which was patched out, just like multiple other situations where scenes which weren't supposed to happen did happen as results of script errors. These things aren't always spotted/reported immediately, and it can get a while to have them fixed. It doesn't mean this was a dev suddenly changing their mind on the issue.
I actually don't think the chapter 11 kiss is the variable check for that scene, I think the check is when holly is doing the photoshoot and lena can kiss holly if you have enough lena go holly points. I don't remember what chapter, it is probably between 8-10. I think the kiss at the holly photoshoot in lena's room is what actually sets up the the trinity and the ability to get that scene.
It doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Because if Lena was really that concerned about Ian's feelings, she wouldn't cheat on him at all. There simply would be no option in the game for that to happen. Bearing in mind, she already knows how his last relationship ended, and how devastating that was for Ian. And she also has her own recent experience of how shitty being cheated on feels like. So if she was really concerned, why would she do it at all?
It doesn't matter whether it's Ian's friend or Ian's enemy, or somebody he couldn't care less about. The end result is Ian getting really hurt. So why would she bother who she did it with, if she was prepared to do it at all. A betrayal is a betrayal whichever way you try to spin it. If Lena is a slut, she's ruled by her own selfish desires, and Ian's feelings shouldn't be a major consideration, after she's cheated on him several times already.
And if you're on the cuck route, where Lena is now actively trying to condition Ian, into agreeing to let her have sex with whoever she pleases. Why would somebody like that, have any misgivings about fucking his friends? When she fully intends to manipulate him, into giving his blessing for it anyway.

Maybe she was concerned about potentially being caught in what was a public space and where indeed another woman walks in literally few minutes later? Given the fact she talks about this being a public place and not safe one like Ivy's home? And before you bring up Lena fucking guys in a toilet, people don't always have the same exact clarity of thought, and sometimes decide to do things but other times decide against it.
On the cuck route, it makes no sense, because she's already in the process of manipulating Ian when that scene takes place. It's clear at the end of Chapter 11, that her feelings for Ian have fundamentally changed. He's not allowed to have penetrative sex with her anymore, and she really likes that he's becoming very obedient, to the point Ian has just accepted the new reality, where Lena relentlessly teases him about the possibility of her fucking other guys. It's obvious she's starting to view him differently, and their relationship is now more about her pleasure, than his. Anybody who thinks that way, is not going to be overly concerned about their partners feelings, when it comes to them satisfying there own sexual desires.
The game doesn't split hair in this particular scene whether Lena cheats or what her relationship with Ian is like. It's simply something EK has decided not to cover. You can keep repeating it makes no sense, but it won't really change anything. Some potential paths aren't in the game, this is one of them.
It's obvious it's going to happen, because during the Blazer scenes, she chats up various people and makes arrangements to meet them in the future and then later teases Ian about this possibility. It's pretty obvious she's going to fuck Marcel sometime in the future, and if she fucks Jack they're probably going to hook up again. She even alludes to that possibility later, if she fucks Axel instead, which suggests there might still be a future possibility for her to fuck Jack as well as Axel. I suspect at least some of the other people, she chatted up, could end up as future cheating content, even if they're just one-off scenes?
Also, the obvious conclusion from that cuck scene with Ian at the end of Chapter 11, is that eventually she probably will be able to have sex with Jeremy, Holly and Emma, if she can persuade or manipulate Ian into going along with it.
Is Lena now being able to have more than 2 Will, actually a bug? Or is it an intended change?
Playing Ian I never really had any problems with him having enough Will, but in Lena's case, there seem to be far more situations where it's useful, so I'm leaning to the probability that this was intended? I never understood why there was a cap on this? Because if the character is making decisions where will would normally be awarded ( if the limit hadn't been reached), then surely they should get it anyway?

Kind of. She stumbles a bit when she gets high, but largely takes a road of indifference, unless Ian specifically calls her hot and agrees with her changing attitude. If Ian gives a friendly, likely seen as meek, compliment at the beach instead of commenting on her improved fitness or appearance she basically blows him off. It seems that this version of Holly is looking more for that so called "alpha male" in a vein much closer to Ivy than Lena. Though Lena certainly seems to have the ability to share that opinion as witnessed in the Jack scene.
I noticed that Mike is suddenly in the MMA tournament. Does anyone else think that the final three, will be Ian, Mike and Jeremy? I think Ian could beat Mike, especially if Ian does Ju-jitsu, because I don't think Mike has a lot of experience with grappling. Not sure about Jeremy, because he's a big puncher, and his height and very long reach gives him a major advantage, over the other two. I suspect Ian will have to improve his grappling technique and punching significantly, in the coming months, to have a real chance against Jeremy. But I reckon Ian, would be happy anyway, just qualifying for the final at this point, since all the finalists get some kind of payout.
EDIT : Having said that, I just noticed that Jeremy suggested that him and Ian are in different weight divisions, so maybe they won't fight against each other? But I'm guessing Mike will be in the same weight division as Ian. So will the final fight in that weight division, be Ian vs Mike for the title, and who will Lena be vouching for? Could be interesting if Ian suspects or even knows, that Mike and Lena have been hooking up, behind his back?

I'm not sure if this is the same on all routes, because I haven't played the Chapter 12 content on the beach, on any other route yet. But on the cuck route, Holly tells Ian that she's fallen for Lena, and she now feels the same way for her, that she used to feel for Ian. Which suggests that her feelings for Ian have changed quite a bit, since she started taking Ivy's guidance. It doesn't sound like she's in love with him anymore, and those feelings have now focused on Lena.
I also had him believe Jeremy's claims about Lena fooling around, and on this route at least he doesn't appear to be devastated by that possibility. He's pretty much guessed that it's Mike and Axel, who she's possibly fooling around with, and has decided to calmly consider those possibilities, before confronting Lena. Which shows how much he's changed, since learning that Gillian was cheating on him. He also very calmly accepts Holly's confession that she now has the hots for Lena, and that they kissed. Everything suggests he's not going to fall apart, like he did with Gillian, if his suspicions prove to be correct.
On this route, I have Lena pretty much succumbing to Seymour's machinations, so I highly suspect she's ultimately going to dump Ian for him. It's going to be really difficult for her to resist Seymour, if he offers her fame and fortune. And as he appears to be molding her to become his future partner and heir, this version of Lena, will almost certainly give in to such overwhelming temptation. Which means Ian may ultimately need a fallback position, even he goes along with Lena cucking him out.
The Cindy route has come and gone. So we can definitely rule her out. His relationship with Alison is really low, after repeatedly rejecting her advances, in favour of Lena. He never started a relationship with Jessica or Minerva, and he never flirted with Ivy, so she's just an aquaintance. Which leaves Holly or Emma. At this point, it doesn't look like Holly is going to want that kind of relationship with Ian, but that might change. Whereas, Emma is the only person he has maximum relationship with, and she secretly harbours an attraction to Ian, that she's never mentioned ( on this route at least).
Holly also could change very much in future updates, since she's on her slut route in this playthrough, so I'm very unsure how her relationship with Ian is likely to play out in the future. So even though, there's nothing romantic between the two of them at the moment ( on the cuck route), I have a sneaking feeling that something will eventually open up between Ian and Emma, later on in the game, particularly if Emma finds out about Lena cheating on him, and Lena's relationship with Seymour drives much more of a wedge between her and Lena.
The only question mark against that possibility is whether Perry can start something with Emma or plumps for Cherry instead, with whom he recently shared a kiss, even though he constantly downplays it. Maybe I'll have Ian persuading Perry to concentrate on Cherry, if he gets the chance. Whilst unconsciously flirting with Emma, everytime that becomes a possibility.

Mike and Ian fight is very much possible. Jeremy is on another weight division unless EK makes him cut weight like Ian's first opponent. Mike won by submission in the first round but he claimed that his opponent was much more of a beginner than him. Mike's a grappler too. Ian needs both disciplines at competent level to win the finals. Wen and Yuri pointed out to Jeremy that he needs to learn jiu-jitsu to counter it properly and he straight up declined. I hope this plays as a good reminder to Ian that you need to be well rounded to win just as Yuri said. Jeremy's distaste for jiu-jitsu could be his downfall later in the tournament.

Man, this is such a brilliant game that i get uneasy with the amount of patience we need to have for its completion. What do yall think the dev could 100% finish this game by? I'm guessing late 2026, provided the development doesn't stop for steam release and stuff. What do you guys think???

When I was on Ian Holly route and have chosen all heart options with Lena Holly, Lena always back off from kisssing.
