Relationship just doesn's seem to fit her character. I do hope she could fuck all the boys and girls though.

hi guys, i need help. I think i have played this amazing game 5 or 6 times lol. But i have never been able to fuck Minerva.. i've read the walkthrough but i can't get her. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. The choice when Ian talk with Seymour? I really don't know. Can someone help me please? Thank you in advance.

If you look in the first post (where you download the game), there is a walkthrough you can download that will show you how to get all of the available characters. Defying Minerva is the way to go if you want to get her (and using the skill options) - don't be a pushover.

Nearly 4 months and still no update. She promised us an update every 2 months. Oke she went on a vacation, but how is it 4 months already and no update? Its the same story with every developer. When a game gets populair they just cash in and work less.

It was only gonna be every 2 months for early chapters where variables and storylines weren't this many.
Look at how much she has to navigate 8 chapters in.
I have always said it's gonna be October for alpha this time.

Manage your expectation. It's on 4-5 months cycle now.

It is all about story line. Each new ch needs more time to develope because of increasing story line with 2 main characters with minor characters. Next update will take more than 4 month , people will start to forget this game at all. Nobody will eager to wait 8 month for the next chapter it will be randomly to find this game. Needed to cut Ian or Lena path. If Ian path-delete story lines with Ed, Stan, perhapes Axel, Pery ect. If Lena path- delete: Holy, Emma, Allison ect story lines. It will be better for game.
Once I was a fan of Mother and Wife game, but I forget this game at all, due to updates once in a year...sorry

Ian doesn't have any storylines with Ed and Stan, and his interaction with Perry is part of the main storyline, so I'm not sure what you're expecting Eva to cut. Ian could have a friendship path with Axel, which would work well with a chad Ian in need of a new circle of bro friends, including Jeremy, after he potentially leaves Wade and Perry behind (like if/when they discover he's been fucking Cindy and/or Emma), so cutting it wouldn't be a good idea.
As for Lena, Holly is one of her romance routes, and one quite a few people like, so it's a terrible idea to cut that. Emma will probably play a part in her Seymour route (maybe adding some drama in her friendship with Emma if Lena gets close to Seymour, or as support if Lena turns against Seymour at a point when he's got something on Lena), so no, Emma works well with Lena. Allison has nothing to do with Lena's storyline so far as I can recall, so that doesn't even apply.

None of those suggestions would be "better for the game" as they're routes that either don't even exist, or they have an actual part to play in fleshing out the story in some way.

Also, if you actually want a good, well-made game then you'll be willing to wait for the time it takes to create that, like many of us are. If you're not, then accept that it's going to happen regardless of what you want anyway.

Not nearly four months, today is exactly four months since Eva Kiss released Ch.8 Alpha. In hindsight, she shouldn't have promised an update every two months because it was always too optimistic for such an ambitious project. If she doesn't make a status update this week to announce the release date, the update will certainly be coming in the first half of October.

^ Actually if you gonna start counting the time, it has to be last chapter FINAL release to next chapter ALPHA because it's not like she stops working on that chapter altogether and start the work on new chapter right away after alpha.

I count the Alpha versions because that's the versions I play, like most people here. I have never said anything about Eva Kiss' work ethic or the amount of work she and her team put between updates and update versions.

It's actually the cards guys. We all know Eva Kiss had way too much fun developing the cards than working on ch 9. Maybe that's the update? If she releases Stan's card by the end of September, she will be able to say her promise was fulfilled .

Like others have mentioned, you basically need to man up and piss off Minerva at every opportunity you get.

She gives you a bad book? Tell her it's a shit book. Holly offers to switch books with you? Agree to it so you'll surprise Minerva. Avoid picking options where Ian complies with Minerva's demands. You will end up with a bad agenda bar with Minerva but that's what you want. That's the gist of it.

As for the details, well I have never failed to get the scene but I have always made sure to switch the book with Holly. To do that however you need to not meet up with Alison for lunch at the beginning of the game. Meeting Alison locks out the book switcheroo event with Holly later on. Again Im not sure how crucial this book switcheroo is, but that may be what's stopping you from getting the scene. Good luck.

You can choose between switching books with Holly or writing an honest review, and both have their perks. Switching books gives you 2 additional wit points and 2 relationship points with Victor (that dude who later can show an interest in hiring Ian to write for his magazine), while an honest review gives you 3 charisma points. I guess it depends on what way you want to go with Ian - get some additional charisma or get a head-start on good relations with a potential future employer in Victor.

But yeah, switching books or writing an honest review are the choices you need to pick in order for Minerva to call you into her office and eventually lead to the bow-chika-wow-wow.

For Minerva, you don't actually need to purposefully choose choices that pisses her off, but be sure you switch reviews with Holly or write a honest one.

Ian must also decide to show up at the office when Seymour is going for a visit (which costs 1 will) and have enough charisma (5 or 6) or wits (5) to keep the job.

We are almost halfway through the game, it doesn't make any sense to remove supporting characters who are crucial to the story.

You're dreaming if you think ORS isn't ambitious, especially in comparison to GGGB.

IMO GGGB certainly wasn't bad (I enjoyed it quite a bit, overall), but ORS is next level. I mean, look at the storyline, and how the character's story's intertwine and coincide with each other (something that takes a lot of planning and editing when releasing a game normally, in one go, but must be crazy hard to keep consistent when released chapter by chapter). Look at the sex scenes - both the writing and the graphics are huge improvements on GGGB. Even though it hasn't come yet, I imagine even the corruption/slutification/growth story arcs of certain characters will be an improvement. Plus it's more realistic (but that's really just a personal preference).

If you ask me, Eva has really refined and matured her skills with this game, taking everything she learned while working on GGGB and building upon it with ORS. In fact, it's not even a matter of opinion - it's plain to see.

It actually makes me wonder what her next project will be like, if ORS continues along this same vein of quality, and gets better with each successive game. I mean, ORS is already one of the best games on this forum so far (imo), so how do you top it? I think games like this are a massive contribution to the adult game genre - proving that you can have hot porn and a really good, immersive story alone with it.

That being said, Eva may need to take a long break once this game is eventually finished, considering the amount of time and work that's clearly going into each chapter. It must be hella exhausting, mentally - hopefully she manages to retain the fire throughout.

Nice comparisons visually, but I feel like most of them don't quite fit the characters. Lena and Cindy look too young (very pretty, but kind of too innocent and simple?), especially compared to Ivy who is meant to be the same age as Lena but looks heaps older (I freaking love her hair though. Gorgeous!). Louise doesn't look emo at all, although the model you picked for her is stunning. Holly and Allison are pretty good fits though - Holly especially is cute af, and really similar.

Sorry for being such a killjoy, I know that this probably took you ages to find these (so that's pretty commendable) and it's easy for me to criticize with no examples of my own to share. lol.

EDIT: BTW, I know you were probably going purely visual, but iirc Lena's hair is meant to be black in the game. I think Ian mentions that? I assume Eva just made it that bluish color so it's easier to show the hair detail or something, or it looked better?
