That we know of. I always thought that there are some small hints that Ivy has some other means of making money, beside the obvious ones. She rents an apartment by herself, she has a Bentley Continental Roadster, she buys expensive dresses, already got breast implants and she is using drugs. All those cost money and I find it hard to believe that a brand new Stalkfap account can cover all that. Not even Lena is sure how she does it.

Lena managed to buy a similar dress only after Seymour offered her money. Also at one point, Jessica mentioned that Ivy reminds her of the GGGB Jessica - you know, the I am going to suck you off for some cocaine, I am going to fuck on camera, be an escort and do porn kind of Jessica. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if we learn that from time to time, Ivy sleeps with some generous business men.
Also, I don't know if this was done on purpose, but did anyone else noticed that Lena never talked with Ivy about Seymour. Not once did she said: "Hey Ivy, there is this old rich guy that calls me doll every now and then. Oh, by the way, he wants to be my daddy/patreon and all I have to do is to masturbate in front of him and be a good little slut for him. Should I do it?".
Just a theory, but considering that Lena proposed to try a FMF threesome with Ian in the prologue, I think there is a good chance that she will ask Ivy to do it. Or at least, she will be on the list of possible candidates. Fingered crossed that there will be some Lena-Ian-Ivy action in chapter 11.
