Ian and Cindy will have a scene taking place before Lena meets Ian in the prologue. Evidence is that Ian comes in late if he's on the Cindy path.
Axel and Stan both can schedule dates with Lena in Chapter 10. Considering both of them are photographers for Lena, they might be mutually exclusive and result in a photoshoot like the one in Chapter 10.

Seymour mentions they'll need "ample time" for his next photo session with Lena, so it might potentially go places. Especially given the previous session was pretty benign, and by now Lena is free to break up the contract without having to return what she was paid initially. It's still in Chapter 10 if Ian is dating Alison. You may need to agree to it with (if I remember right) both Alison & Jeremy separately when the topic comes up with each of them + may possibly need to have high enough friendship points with Jeremy. You may also need to take the Chapter 9 trip with Alison for the Chapter 10 event to trigger in the Ian/Alison dating path. I never played that path without going on the trip together, so can't say for sure.
