Ivy probably fucked Axel before the events of ORS. Lena got into a relationship with him after Ivy introduced them. And Axel is established as a typical poon hound who fucks the models he's shooting.
The story is definitely building up to some sort of revelation about Ivy. I'm guessing she could be doing escort work on the hush-hush and that Billy's offer is some kind of escort service rather than a modeling agency or whatever the pitch was. These recent conversations raise some serious questions:
1) Would Ivy jeopardize her relationship with Lena by fucking Ian. If yes, then she could be with Axel too.
2) As we see, Ivy is always vary on the topic that Lena SHOULD end Axel's tormenting, as she is pretty aware what type of relation Lena had with Axel you really think she would be that stupid to jump on Axel and on top of that compromise her relationship with Lena.
3) Ivy just likes to put guys on a leash, as we saw the case of Jeremy, so it would also raise the question about why she would jump on Axel at the first opportunity? Also if Axel fucks Ivy he would burn his bridges to go back to Lena. AND HE IS OBSESSED WITH Lena. He also doesn't fuck everybody (as we see with Alisson).
4) Now things get interesting as we know Jeremy and Ivy caught Ian and Cindy mouth to mouth with pants down AND EVEN THAN, IVY didn't tell Lena about this pretty BIG QUESTION MARK ON HER FRIENDSHIP
As we discover different plots in the upcoming chapters, Eva will be shoving some hard-to-swallow pills...

These numbers are a very relative concept and are only a points system so that we can use the game mechanics by opening access to certain dialogues.
You need more than 4 numbers to describe human behavior.
