Stan after being rejected by Lena or behaves like incel is going to cause serious problem for Lena. Is it ever stated how Ian knows Gillian cheated? Does he just suspect her, did she confess, or did Ian catch her? If it's the latter then it seems impossible for it to be Mike considering Ian has already met Mike. The other possiblity for that twist is that Gillian is with Mike, but Mike is not who she cheated with.
