The only logic that occurs to me is if we reject Seymour's offer and his harassment increases, removing job offers for Lena where there is no other option but to accept so that she does not run out of money, if Lena becomes a prostitute it will be Stan and Robert's chance to do a threesome sex would be desperate souls?

Wondering when Lena, and the other girls, body modifications is going to start. Slow changes are good, make the story more enjoyable, but none-existent makes it boring.

For now we are stuck with simple body mods; piercing, tats and gym. Major body mods will take time tbh. The only girl with major body mods is Ivy (Lips and Breasts). We still need to finish the beach arc. Billy's arc might open some major body mods if it turns out to be a porno or prostitution ring.

Don't count on it. Breast implants were possible in GGGB and according to EK it meant more work for her (two versions of clothes, boob-grabbing...).

The only reasons I had Lena go along(but cautious) with Billy's plans.:
1. To look out for Ivy.
2. The dev may make Billy's plan successfully if Lena helps with a high intelligence score.

You forgot regular model work. She only gets excluded from that if she cannot work with Axel, doesn't even have to love Axel either, just not hate him. She also can work with Stan and Danny's friend as well for a couple of extra modeling gigs. Bartending was also just introduced, with the hint that she might become a dancer alongside Ivy. Her singer / songwriter contest could lead to more work in the future.

Keep in mind that when we are introduced to Lena she is young and struggling. The cafe pays for Lena's normal expenses, the modeling gigs allow for an outfit or to send extra money to Lena's parents. All the "bad" jobs are supposed to be an easy way for Lena to earn money, to allow Lena to purchase everything, but none of them are necessary to do just to survive.

Even that regular model work falls under shitty pay because the photoshoots are few and far between. I'm aware Lena's current predicament. Part of the reason I help Ed and Molly is so Lena does have some income without appeasing to Seymour, but the game doesn't facilitate well paying any jobs for Lena without acting like a whore. Ian can reject Minerva and still keep his job. Hell, he can switch to a better job if he plays his cards right. But Lena's two job routes are "be broke and let your family suffer" or "be a whore to help your family".
