No, but why should a lack of further sexual escalation stop them from being friends? So far Ivy has encouraged Holly to have sex with more men, but beyond that and showing off her body there isn't actually anything super radical to her supposed corruption.
I won't deny it's a possibility, but so far all of "Billy's content" is a hypothetical, I think we have to see where it actually leads and get an indication that anyone wants to include Holly in it, before we can really say if it will determine anything for her. Given Eva's recent trend to consolidate some routes I am not yet convinced she'll add even more branching to Holly by putting her in touch with whatever comes with Billy. I don't really get why you assume all the female characters are going to become porn stars. In GGGB Ashley has one extremely niche ending, where you have to make many very corrupting choices to get, that really went into that stuff and Iris, a character you have very little control over and who only has corruption endings, has a porn ending.
There is no doubt that there will be corruption, but you could play GGGB without any corruption so you can do the same with ORS.
