There are a couple other porn-stars the porn-wizards have dug up somewhere in this 2460 page thread with a 1-to-1 match-up of sex scenes for Lena though which Eva used for tracing. Those others are also similar looking though not quite a perfect match for Lena's face (same with Lana). Lana's clearly a strong part of the amalgamation, I mean, even the name is close.
