- For Axel/Lena I could imagine some more BDSM stuff
- Threesome/Foursome seem pretty predictable/regular for this game: Ian+Jeremy+Emma/Alison; Lena+Ian+Mike; Holly+Lena+Ivy/Louise; Cindy+Axel+Ian (although this seems unlikely)
