Well that depends. Ivy opens options that make it so Holly wants to change and get out of her shell if you have Lena convince her to join pole dancing class. If you want Holly to sleep with other guys then no she won't do that if she's dating Ian.

From what I gathered Ed had a route planned but the dev decided to axe it pretty early in development. Personally I really enjoy the parental type support she gets from Ed and Molly since her own mom is such a disappointment.

If you mean having Holly sleep with Lena/Ivy she won't do that either I believe. In order to have Holly fall under Ivy's influence she has to sleep with her and that is something she doesn't do if she's dating Ian.
If you want her to sleep with Lena that is also blocked.
