If by slutty Holly you mean Holly not in a relationship with Ian and goes fucking around, then yes there are hints of them potentially getting together. No, if Ian dates Holly, she acts the same regardless of if Ian is a chad or not. And as pointed out, he can push her to be bolder (not explicity a chad option) as well.finnally we have something over the chad players
