From what I have gathered EK breaks them up on way or the other.I am currently re-playing my Cindy cheat with Ian route and I am trying to make sure Cindy and Wade stay together and it's so hard! Already in first choice that would boost their relationship I got denied because I was apparently too far in Cindy route and I have barely interacted with her thus far. Had to refuse commenting on her socials, be distant during dancing, stuff like that... Tried to tell her to include Wade in her activities more and ended up not having a chance to shag her in the alley. Thing is from the last choice I have to change to the event I wanted to experience there is so much stuff with other characters in between that it is frustrating to do these back and forths. And if, in the end, they will still split up I'm gonna be so mad about these fake breadcrumbs left in by Eva that only serve as a frustrating cope for those that want this path. But, maybe it will work itself out in the end. It's kinda my bad, I had this route perfected long time ago, but I messed up my saves
Technically, if relationship score for Wade/Cindy is kept maxed out, then Wade intends to break with Cindy because he believes it's best for her, but haven't gone through with this yet, and the "private session" between Cindy and Axel apparently doesn't happen. So there's a possibility that Cindy will ask Wade to stay together. While with the lower relationship score it's Cindy who breaks up with Wade at the end of Ch.12.

Go in sequence and the game will proceed. This "bug" is part of the trip.
Rollback, Reload, Reload, Console, Open. IIRC that's the order.

Maybe but I am not holding hope on that because Cindy is Cindy.
The whole you cannot fix Cindy's relationship with Wade is a bit of a bummer. Since it is just fuel for cheap drama, you go fuck her, congrats you have to deal with Axel and Wade hating your guts, but you get to rearrange her guts and she is hot but boring route wise atm. You try to fix the relationship and not fuck her, she runs to Axel anyway. I know it is setup and it can potentially get interesting but god the wait would be enormous. Not gonna lie though, the potential for NTR and the whole Cindy x Lena thing would at least be interesting if it comes to pass. Although Lena x Cindy would be a repeat of Louise(if warned about jeremy) and Holly to some degree due to the whole admiration, jealousy and going after Lena's ex.

I never get the Lena/Cindy pairing. There is zero indication that Cindy is bi. The two of them barely know each other, barely interact and have a surface level ignorance or disdain, depending on how Lena acts. Its just as random as Cindy/Jeremy.
The big unifyer are their partners, Wade and Axel. With Axel, I don't see the two women pairing up to screw him other. The most likeliest scenario is that he submits both and demands a threesome akin to the one with him, Lena and Cherry.
With Wade its sabotaging the relationship to one-up Cindy, I can't imagine her being pleased about it and willing to share Wade.

Just stating I like the idea of Lena x Cindy, I do not find it likely mind you, I realize i phrased it wrong. Honestly Ian fucked Cherry in 1 go, so characters fucking when given 1 good event is not too unlikely. But yeah I agree with the whole Axel submits them both. But like Lena getting with Wade to spite Cindy would be funny if not for the fact that we both know that relationship was doomed and the whole even slutty Lena seems to have standards which Stan, Wade or Perry would not meet given how the story has progressed.

I don't think anyone argues for this pairing for any reasons other than "it would be hot" tbh. It's a porn game from a developer who has always had female characters with at least a "open to experiment" sexuality.
And given the images hidden in the game folders Cindy/Jeremy might not be that far of a fetch either.

I can't find the page now, but apparently, there's an article about "porn logic". I remember that the rule is that all women must be bisexual, but men never.
Also, the money is involved. Having a harem of bisexual lis in game will lure straight male players to pay more than for the games with straight lis.

There wasn't any indication of Eva(GGGB) being bi either but one kiss is all it took to change her sexual orientation, to the point she was willing or dumped her long term boyfriend to be with Ashley. Not to forget Ian/Minerva situation, I doubt anyone expected that either or atleast to happen that soon and out of nowhere but it did, so you never know.
What I'm trying to say is that you should always expect the unexpected when playing an EvaKiss game.
