So it is very hard for me to sympathize with him for the reason above.

I think those people don't care that much for Stan, he's just a proxy. They want Lena to open her legs for the lowest of people because they are bored with queens looking for kings. They prefer the contrast and are more interested in Ian shagging his grandma than him having another conversation with Holly over their hopes and dreams as writers.

Yeah, that's a good point, too. Eva Kiss is great at writing about 'degenerate' behavior in a realistic manner compared to your average porn game plot. So far, ORS is even more grounded in reality than GGGB. It seems both groups of people, those who like vanilla content and those who like corruption, will get their nut on in due time.

Regarding the polls....probably should have enabled the option to verify the IP address and limit it to one vote per person....actually did do it the first time around...but forgot to do so when I went back and recreated it, to add some of the characters I missed (ironically enough the characters I added the 2nd time were Molly, Lena's Mom and Lola)....but then again if someone cared enough to screw with the polls, they would have just used a VPN to bypass the limitations.....
