That was the last update. This is Chapter 14. 11 scenes on just one character would be a little excessive.
We're still on Chapter 13. We had the prologue with Seymour. Now there will be two more installments for Chapter 13, the first focused on Lena's POV and the second for Ian's POV. Though the status report from November 15 did mention a small Ian POV scene for next update.

Trying to be positive for once, what I expect:

- If Lena isn't on the trip, she could have a visit at the Blazer crew instead. Good opportunity for Ivy, Jeremy, Mike, Marcel, Mark. Though considering that the chapter starts with Seymours trip, it means Lena didn't do anything on the first two days if she wasn't on the trip?
- Follow-up on Lena seducing Wade and suggesting a threesome. It was weird to have this development off-screen. With Wade seemingly being on board on it and always having broken up with Cindy, there shouldn't be an obstacle. Neither interested nor suspecting a full Wade route, this guy had no build-up.
- Don't get what the new Stan scene could provide beyond just encouraging him. Hopefully the simp route gets taken on, instead. Once again, Stan could photograph/film, masturbate to her and not being allowed to touch her, and spending his money on her to solidify the simp/findom route.
- Louise returns and possibly there is new drama around if she wants to leave for good, want to fuck Lena again or asks for Ian, either to have him herself or to get another threesome.
- Jeremy and Ivy could've fucked if Ian and Lena recommended him to her, so that could be discussed and maybe develop in a threesome.
- Mike could have issues with Gillian if we assume they are a thing and Gillian asking Ian for date and befriending him on social net suggests she is seeing new options due to Mike cheating on her (which he always does with Ivy, regardless if Lena is a factor or not), so this can be adressed if Mike and Lena have the upcoming music session and possibly encounter Gillian. Could lead to a break-up, a Mike threesome if Gillian is a sub, Gillian either wanting to go back to Ian out of love or just to get a cuck for her and Mike. So, yeah, really hoping Mike/Gillian is a thing and not some smartass troll move to invert expectations, because the possibilities in how it affects Ian and Lena there are endless and gooooood.

Much more interested in Ian confronting Cindy after the breakup, a first date with Louise (regardless how questionable this can be if he is with Lena), maybe development with Alison, follow up the one night stand with slut Holly, visiting Ivy. Book contest and tournament still going.

Personally I always prefer Ian POV because it feels more interesting/varied. With Lena I mostly only like 2 things - she can influence/witness Holly corruption and she can cheat on Ian (and most content here could be told from Ian POV as well so it's barely a point).

If Lena would get closer to Allison, Cindy, Emma that would improve her POV for me, but as it is right now I dread having multiple long Lena POV's in a row.

Seymour ended up disappointing, the Stan romance is going nowhere, either. Last time they kissed and Stan promised to get in shape. Seems like he isn't, so what are they gonna talk about? Another makeout session? Discussing Stans precious feelings? Lena magically falling in love for him because...why would she? 12 chapters in and there is no reason why Lena could be interested in him, Stan has no redeemable quality. No wits, no hobbies, no charme. You can have physically worthless characters if they compensate it with a lot of personality. Stan doesn't.

Best scene was him jacking off to her, its the only relationship thats both plausible and engaging in a porn game. But this seems to be a one trick pony until now.
exactly. Stan is perfect example of realistic loser who instead of change something in his life, he just wake up every morning and crying/complaining how difficult, unfair and bad life is and do nothing about it. I hate this guy, really. No sane woman will touch something like this, maybe desperate ones will, but hey - it's porn logic/fantasy :ROFLMAO:

In summary, Stan lacks both quantity and quality in writing. Just being a mirror for the average loser nerd isn't enough, you want that projection of yourself to either succeed (power fantasy) or fail (self-loathing confirmation). Stan isn't managing either of them greatly.
So true, really.

As I said, I do not like him as a char at all. The only reason why some might follow this road is if Lena needed some more guys to put her on a platform and worship her... might even be a loser like Stan. But I don't think that any kind of loving relationship could ever convince me either.

There is porn logic (a MC attracts all female just by existing) and there is no logic (Lena being attracted to Stan)

While I largely agree that the scenario of Lena liking Stan is fairly unlikely, there are a couple of possibilities...
Lena interacts with Stan and finds that they share a mutual love of photography (albeit at opposite ends of the lens), option one she gets to know Stan and feels sorry for him (Lena can be very open hearted because she has been badly treated in her past) or while shooting, she gets a thrill from commanding and dominating him. Are either of these scenarios strong foundations for a stable relationship? HELL NO! although I could certainly see Stan making a decent sub if Lena goes all dominatrix on him, and heck it could be satisfying/gratifying for both parties.
Having Stan be a pity relationship is potentially extremely destructive, but with guidance (and a whole lot of work) he could be good for Lena, rather than constantly cheated on by muscle packed pretty boys who do nothing but abuse her.

That would be like Beauty and the Loser vs Beauty and the Beast(s).

I'm not a Stan fan, but I am an advocate of the devil, so I will disagree here. This scenario you presented, and so far as been the case if Lena threads the needle well enough, can absolutely be the beginning of a good relationship. There can be a strong foundation of empathy between the two characters, and that level of understanding is how friendships and kinship are born.

It will require a good deal of additional writting from EK to properly complete that arc. And more importantly it will take a good deal of players understanding what is going on to not have it devolve into Stan becoming a simp or incel or otherwise creepy dude. So far in my experiences with Stan, respecting his boundaries as a character, and he will respect Lena's. i.e. don't tease Stan during the photoshoot with him, scold him appropriately about his room and him masturbating to Lena, but don't side with Louise on every little attack on him. Do that and there is seemingly a solid friendship forming between the two characters. The key to Stan, and I know this will sound boring, is a lot of neutrality with your choices.

This is a case where I'm disappointed Louise disappears for awhile, but I suppose it's to better setup Stan and Lena growing their relationship, but I want to see the misunderstanding between her and Stan be mended as well. I don't think they necessarily need to start dating, I don't think that would be healthy for either of them no matter the level of writting. However, the two of them burying the hatchet and learning enough about the other to understand the boundaries they have would make for a wholesome arc on that front of Lena's life.

have Ian be attracted to Holly
To be exact, in order for Ian to count as "interested in Holly" all you need to do is to tell her she's "very cute" when she asks about it in Ch.3, and when she brings up her writer trip in Ch.6 pick the option I'd like to tag along. You don't actually need to go on the writer trip with her, just don't immediately shoot down the possibility.

I don't disagree. I met some unbelievably attractive women who have massive self-confidence issues and don't even believe (despite endless reassurance) that they are beautiful.
If Stan remains attentive to Lena's needs, and can avoid Jealousy (you catch a whiff of this when Ian talks to him after Lena's concert), and if he can also avoid panicking every time some gorgeous hunk of man (or woman) flesh, gets a bit tactile with Lena, then they could make an excellent couple.
Stan is like an unopened box of Lego, if you are prepared to spend the time, you can build him up into whatever you want (within what pieces are in the box), and that ultimately could be the best fit for Lena. Alas it is more likely that his insecurity will wreck anything they have unless Lena is an endless well of love, patience and understanding, given that she is an MC, you can always choose to be that way, so if (as a player) you desire that outcome, it is fairly likely, unless Eva decided that she wants to torture Stan Stans.
