FOr me the only thing a bit "serious" was when Lena tells Ivy that Ian had slept with someone else (Cherry for me) the night juste before their own date, and Ivy answers her that it's not surprising, since he's a charming guy.
In the club I only had the little interaction when in the end Alison says that she's not suprised that ian likes "that kinf of girl" (another proof of her jealousy towards other girls)
I don't know about the gym I've always had Ian work on his book when he could choose to go to the gym. Maybe it's a possibility to mette Ivy a couple of times more.

You need high relationship with her (9). Which means you need to choose to go to all of her dates and forget about meeting Lena with Holly which lowers her relationship significantly. Going to lunch with her in Chapter 1 also helps. In my playthrough, ironically, Ian has the lowest relationship (6) with her compared to Lena (8), Cindy (10), Emma (9), Holly (10), and yet she's his only stable hook up not counting Lena.
Choosing Emma and Cherry over her I think causes the most harm.
Does Cindy agree to take Ian to the second photoshoot? In mine, she chooses Wade.
