Absolutely, I also think Evakiss does a pretty good job of balancing this. All choices should feel valid without negating each other's validity in the story and how the two main characters express themselves.

I still feel there's something to be said for Lena's options in terms of how reactive you have to be to get scenes. I'd have liked a "maybe" option with just one character, like with Jack in GGGB, where you don't necessarily have to have sex with him immediately to get him as a romance/sex option later.

I think Lena will always have a bit of an appreciation for being taken during sex, but there's nothing stopping Ian from rising to that in bed. Is he ever going to be better than Axel in that department? Maybe by the endgame, but maybe he also doesn't need to be, Lena might have a kink for being submissive to a virile male, but she also doesn't want a partner that is gonna hurt her like Axel did, so maybe Ian being at most an "axel-lite" in bed but also being a very good partner in things besides sex will be enough for her.

I also think the evolution of Lena and Ian's relationship has a long way to go, and the scene in chapter 7 might indicate that we'll see some potential changes soon. They still haven't had any serious talk about how they view the relationship, and it hasn't really been affected by their actions with other characters either, with a few minor exceptions. Ian sleeping with Holly or Cindy, and Lena giving Jeremy a blowjob, would propably change that in the next chapter though. In all of these three scenarios, it's likely that the other one will get to know what happened. I think we'll have to take some decisions on what kind of relationship they are going for pretty soon.

There's a lot of different scenarios here: A more romantic and vanilla path where they ignore all other potential sexual partners. Two where Ian only goes after Lena, but Lena has several partners – or the other way around. That would propably be closer to a GGGB type cuck/corruption path. Or both of them can have several partners – and they might decide to keep it that way, but still be in a relationship with each other. Meaning quite a big progression from the more vanilla starting point of their relationship. I'm really looking forward to see how Eva Kiss is planning to write these scenarios – it's one of those moments where having two protagonists really differs from having just one.

I am wondering if the narrative is going to be shifting between them in the same fashion it has so far.

Or, might we see scenarios where we get to choose who to control and react differently depending on what their relationship is like? Maybe that would be too big a writing burden but the replayability aspect would be excellent.

Yeah, that's exactly what i thought this update. Seems that because Ian x Lena were pushed so early, and both of them having agency on the story and decisions, a big chunk of the game (maybe the biggest one) will be a high variety of kinks explored between them, and some with other characters. (Threesomes, foursomes, exhibition, cheating, cuckoldry, corruption, drama, ending the relationship just to reignite chapters afers and so on).

At this point they are not in relationship but they are close if you chase that, and they are starting to know which buttons to push, realizing which dynamic works for them, and it seems to scalate more and more each update.

Cindy & Lena both of them are 10, even Jeremy pick Lena over Ivy when playing the bottle game as the most pretty. Best part is Ian can have both :sneaky:

The dual character is actually quite interesting and unique even though at first I thought it was weird.

Personally I take it as an opportunity to play two different stories. So Ian and Lena aren't in a loving relationship for me, but are attracted to each other and are fuck buddies. Ian is serious about Alison instead (which doesn't seem to be popular as most people seem to talk about Lena & Cindy), whilst Lena is adventurous and up to it with anyone.
I may go for a second playthrough later where I'd do the opposite (i.e. Lena serious about one relationship and Ian being a horny Lothario) but I'll wait for a few more updates before I do.

If you reject him, Robert stops featuring in the story quite quickly.

Do you think he's going to find some alternative way back into the narrative for those that don't go down his path? I can't imagine Eva has dedicated his whole character solely to being Lena's dildo. I have seen others talk about him and Emma possibly having been a thing, so maybe he'll feature in that regard.

I mentioned him and Emma. I have a feeling that lets say the player disregards him as Lena. I think by the end game he'll end up with allison. Both their stories seem like they're tailor made for each other.
