picking up people in bars and clubs is usually restricted to drunks of both sex or veeery good looking males. good looking females can have flings anytime, if they are daring.

Lena fits the very good looking category, but it's Ian who has the pick of the litter. Guys like Stan, Ed, Jeremy and Perry couldn't pick up Lena in a second-hand store, they aren't blessed in the looks appartment, but more importantly all of them have the personality of a 16 year old.

Hmm, I simply can't agree with you here, almost all scenes here are white on white. Jeremy and Cherry are the only colored people with sex scenes. Jeremy has one (and a half scene) and some pictures Ian receives on his phone. All of these are avoidable if you don't like it. Both ORS and GGGB won't give you sex scenes you don't actively make the protagonists go for. I really don't see the issue here? Is it Asian/White woman hating for Ian to have sex with Cherry? In real life, white male/asian female followed by white male/latin female are the most common IR relationships, are they hating white women?

As for asians, I don't think there are any in ORS, there was a asian dude in GGGB you could hook up for a one night stand.

Its a game? How a competition can play in a game of choices?
Only with a mini game. Its not so easy to make a competition in these games, you are either the winner or the loser
Thats why I personally prefer female MC so I can do whatever I want.

I don't think it's as black and white as that, given that Eva herself has talked about this game not being about becoming a good or bad girl.

There is no doubt that Ivy can be a corrupting influence. I see it more like Ivy being a gas pedal and Lena being a brake really, Lena's already a girl that's not afraid of getting it on, but you as the player gets to decide how far she's willing to go and how she wishes to influence Holly.

I generally agree, at least that's been my instinct for my first playthrough too. I still view my Lena as sexually open, she just wasn't interested in anyone that's come along so far.
It's not that she doesn't mind sex, she just knows what she likes and knows to say no.

that was not exactly what i tried to say, forgive me if i am not always able to fully bring my point across (i am not a native speaker) :

infact i love Evakisses games providing paths with all shades between black and white ( i tried to avoid grey here ) , opposed to the often seen "corrupt slut vs chaste angel" paths seen in so much other games ( and because we are normally playing this games for porn there is usually only one path which makes them mostly kinetic). thats why i put those Good/Bad Girl in parenthesis (is this correct for ""?).

No its more like if u want (the "Good" extreme) a dream chasing, songwriting Lena with wholesome relationships u need Holly
and if u want (the "Bad" extreme) a drug addicted, sexworking Lena with potential abusive relationships u need Ivy

Finally got around trying the game out. Played Chapter 1.

But this is it for me. Im done with the game. This is simply not for me sadly
My main goal when starting this game was to get the Male MC and the Female MC together.
But after playing Female MC's side, I dislike her. So the whole reason for me playing the game was lost lol

Female MC does nude photos. And we have no choice in this matter, we cant prevent it.
And at the end of Chapter 1, Male MC sees her in one of her nude sessions where people draw her. And Male MC just goes with it. After this session, they both talk and we cant really say anything meaningfull. Our options are just to ask her to add Male MC on instagram (where she posts nudes too) or just leave.
This is where I quit. Simply lost interest xd


Other than that, game was set pretty good. Art is incredible too.

Actually , i might go for Holly. Might give the game another try since i already supported the dev.
But sadly we are forced to play as Female MC too :/

So you just want the characters to start from zero (like literally they didnt do anything in their lifes until you play them) and do exactly what you want in every single moment. You probably would be better playing Sims 4 porn mods. There you have absolute control of everything.

Imho, I like Ivy for 2 reasons. First and obvious one, she is hot. And, furthermore, I think she would be even way hotter with a different hair color (she kinda looks like like a grandma ). But there was another reason for me (as english is not my first lenguage this is going to be explained badly): she gave me the look of the flirty "open" girl who has no taboos with sex and she could perfectly play a role in my Ian being more direct with this things. Like the "hey Ian, see, you can bang a girl as hot at this one,you rock". But at the same time I thought she was a girl with her limits set clear. And maybe even she hide a very good side only for the people who deserved it. And for me it was easy to see that she was the comparison with Lena, like a corrupted Lena would be more like Ivy, but if she goes too far in her corruption she would totally surpass Ivy (which is going to happen in a lot of our playthroughs).

But my view on her changed radically in one scene where

I also think one of the reasons many like Ivy (although I might just be projecting my opinions on others here), is that she represents a type of character that's usually so one dimensional in these kind of games, and in porn culture as a whole. She's not just a stereotype corrupting influence you can choose to follow to get a bunch of predictable sex scenes. I think she's also quite smart.

As an example: She continuously winds up Louise, which isn't a particularly sympathetic character trait. But the reason she's able to do it, is that she's socially clever and understand Louise's uncertainties a lot better than Louise does herself. She knows exactly what buttons to push to trigger her.

At this point of the game, she also seems loyal to Lena, though it's difficult to tell how that will progress in the future. She reminds a bit of Jeremy in that she's following a kind of stringent moral compass, but it's formed more by her own judgements rather than an objective idea of what's right or wrong. I think that unpredictability makes her route fun to follow.

Lena is not my favourite girl, but i think she is generally crafted quite believable. There was some criticism about her missing good options compared to Ian, which i think is toally reasonable:
i think in reality, unless you do internet dating like tinder, your romantic/sexual/relationship options present themself within your social circles which would be your friends, friends of friends and co-workers. to a lesser degree people you meet within your hobbies or sports.

Lets compare Ian and Lena in this regard:

Ian: big circle of friends going way back to school, working in a big company with many co-workers, working out in a gym.
so it looks natural to me, that there are a lot of options to meet and socialize with people.

Lena: College drop out for financial reasons, works two jobs and still struggling, the cafe waitress job is fulltime and reastaurant is part time, which leaves her with very small free time slots for recreation and fun. if you drop out of college or university you usually loose touch to people there, Louise is only still in the picture because she is her roommate. Job at cafe provided the Ian opportunity, and apart from that i think females working in the service industry like lets say waitresses or supermarket cashiers or sales clerks in a clothing store are not overly keen to hit on any male customer they meet during their work time (or get hitted on). Restaurant checks Robert opportunity. Pole dancing is usually done by woman, so not much to get there.

I completely agree that in this context it's logical that Ian's got more love interests and close friends than Lena. And I like the variation in their background stories. Still, it would've be an easy task to adjust the background stories to give Lena more close friends and potential love interests if that was what Eva Kiss wanted to do. Personally I would have liked that, but I fully respect her decision, of course. Maybe Lena will have more relations of that kind later in the game, or maybe it's because Eva wants to take Ian's and Lena's stories in different directions. We'll have to wait and see

I've always seen Lena as a sort of, I don't know, liberating force? At least to Ians perceptions.

I think this comes across regardless of what you decide in terms of their relationship, but it obviously comes more clearly across if you pursue their pairing and therefore have more scenes that they share.

Lena is confident in her looks, has a positive image of her body and takes pride in what she can do with it. Lena surprises Ian with her views on the arts and I think where Ian might serve as a stabilizing force to Lena's romantic life, Lena serves as a... maybe something like an idol? She's an exemplar of a liberated ideal in some ways, both her mind and body express a self-worth that Ian is perhaps struggling to find in himself.

The outcome of possibilities and branches you want for this game is imposible. You have to understand that this is not a blank space game. Cause OK, you don´t like Lena to participate in artistic nude modelling. But that´s the way this story works, Lena had a story before you take control of her, and you have to accept it. I think it´s dissapointing how you don´t get engaged with the game if characters have a defined personality before you take control of them. But in the end it´s a matter of what you like, and everyone has their own preferences which anyone must not interfere in.

Ivy's great as a catalyst for other characters, I don't think she's very interesting in herself. If someone will do literally anything sexual in front of anyone, it's sort of meaningless and has no charge when she does do things, I don't think she's attractive at all (though obviously some people like her). Also think her look is a bit grotesque/skull-like in the art often

Let´s see if I can explain it properly (If I have problems expresing in spanish what is complex on my mind, in english is a pain in the ass). The first modelling happens in chapter one, which is sort of a prologue for setting the characters, their contexts and personalities. That happens cause that´s what Lena does and the way Eva Kiss wants to strength the link between Lena, Ian and other characters, besides the café. I would understand better the critique if the second nude modelling event was unavoidable but the first one belongs to the own story context. It´s like asking if Ian can be a bank worker instead of a writer/worker of a book agency.

The difference is, Ashley wasn't a model at the start. In fact, she didn't have any job. She was just a blank slate student without a care in the world. Lena is completely different. So yes, it is unreasonable to ask for a choice not to model. Because Lena already IS a model. And a waitress. And an amateur songwriter. Those are her character traits, you can't retcon or rewrite them. You can't make Lena quit her waitressing jobs to do something else, because she needs to earn money somehow. She can be fired from the restaurant and the cafe is about to close, but those are external events that determine her future, not something she does willingly. And, she can't NOT be a model, because that's another of her outlets that gives her money that she desperately needs to send to her father. She could quit modeling and focus on her songwriting more, but she won't have enough money then in a forseeable future. In Lena's case, modeling is a necessity, Ashley didn't have money problems (except for tuition) and could work as a bookstore helper or a waiter at McDonalds if she wanted to. Lena doesn't have that luxury.
