Hmm, not exactly. The way Lena phrases it is a bit weird, but it's more or less clear that she agreed to a threesome with a girl ("You brought that girl into our bed! I was stupid enough to agree to that because I trusted you!") only to discover Axel had hooked up with her beforehand. Axel tries to convince Lena that it wasn't a conspiracy ("You know it wasn't like that") but she doesn't buy it.

Anyway, it doesn't appear exactly as if Lena caught him blood handed, seems to be more to it. As of now we only have Lena's take on the events, and even then not the fully story, or at least a vague one.

The term "completed" can be misleading.

There is a difference between an update that is completed after the prior release of the beta version for example and the game that is completed.
In the last case, it is signaled at the title of the thread. If there is no sign of Completed there, then the game is in development.

"Increasingly longer" I think is the most concrete estimate we'll get. As paths diverge and variables increase we'll likely see more time pass between each.

Such as I understand it from others posting ~2 months seems to be the average update cycle, I think currently we're hoping the next one will come out around the mid-to-last part of May, perhaps sometime after that point depending on how sophisticated the chapter is.
