I could play Mike path as Lena if he hasn't a girlfriend. I don't know, maybe i like and care so much about Lena, but i simply don't see "my Lena" make with another girl what Axel and Cherry did to her. Simply don't feel right to me.

Probaly not, because i will play Lenas showing her that she's a person so much better than Cherry that she never will do the same thing Cherry did.

It struck me that Cherry may have been in the same position as Lena when she was with Axel. By that I mean, perhaps Cherry didn't know about Lena and thought she herself was Axel's girlfriend, and finding out that Lena was the 'other girl' (or so she thought) was as much a shock to her as this whole thing was to Lena. In short, Axel was the only one who knew the whole truth about it.

Seeing as the event is told from Lena's POV as the MC, Cherry doesn't say anything about it (because we follow Lena out of the apartment and never get to hear Cherry's side), and Lena was and is obviously still too angry about it to consider anything other then what she perceived of the event - Cherry may have been just as innocent as she was in this whole setup.

We only get to see Lena's perspective on the incident, which leads me to think that what actually happened could be revealed later on.

This single-sided view of an events is often used in writing in order to have the reader make a foregone conclusion about what happened. It's effective because it appeals to our desire to make judgements about what we perceive order to feel more secure about people and events around us. It's a bit of an Achillies Heel of human nature, or maybe 'double-edged sword' is a better term; and it's a 'flaw' in our psyche that is fun to exploit by writers (and illusionists/magicians), and is often done.

So in other words, we hear from Lena what happens and think we're being served the whole pie, when in truth we're only getting one-third of that pie at the moment. The other two-thirds being Cherry's side of things (which could be that she was as innocent as Lena in this) and Axel's side of things (which is probably the full story - him knowing about both of them and being too arrogant and smug to care about what he was doing to them, or that he could get found out).

If this is true, we'll probably get the full story if Lena and Cherry have a confrontation (maybe if Lena is with Axel and they accidentally meet Cherry), where they start bitching about that event and then one is like 'Wait... you thought you were his girlfriend? You were the other woman!' and then them coming to the realization. It would be a nice start to Lena and Cherry potentially bonding and becoming friends towards the end of the game.

The other way it could come out, which may be less likely but not impossible, is if Axel confesses what actually happened that day. I'm not sure what the exact circumstances would be to lead to this moment, only that, if anything, it would be because he's come to care enough about Lena and feel bad enough about what he did back then to come clean. The sort of thing he feels he has to do - risk telling her the truth and potentially losing her - if they're ever going to be good together. If it happened it would probably be quite a way along, because Axel would need to do a lot of growing and reflection first, but it would be a nice feature of a 'redemption'-type story. And after all, it would fit right in with the transformative nature of a lot of these characters' routes.

Axel may be a douche, but I think it's wrong to think that's all he is - we've barely scratched the surface of this character in the content so far (and as I mentioned, it's easy to cast judgement with limited information). If that's all Axel turns out to be I'll be incredibly disappointed, but I have faith that Eva will do Axel's character justice, and give him some dimension as his route unfolds. Also, everyone has their good and bad sides, it's just that Axel's "dark side" is being used as part of the plot so it's cast into the light. In the end, no character is above redemption, or corruption unless Eva sets it in stone.

Somehow Lena found out. I am really curious as of how

Typically showing of the ankle is just attributed as a show of feminine sexuality. This is something you'll see sarcastically referenced towards ye olden days, when women were covered up and shunned sexually. Seeing an ankle was like getting flashed!

I agree with. We'll definitively see more about this and know the story under axel and cherry pov. What i was realy trying to say is that I like to see Lena, or rather I like to play Lena, as someone empathetic who wouldn't allow someone else to go through the same pain she went through. That's why I always make her tell Louise right away that Jeremy is trying to get laid with Ivy, too (and because i hate jeremy). This is the vibe that Lena gives me as a person

That's a fair point, although it still doesn't rule out the fact that Cherry may have been willfully ignorant of how serious Axel and Lena were, especially in light of how much she liked/likes Axel. It depends on how obvious Axel and Lena were with their relationship in public, or more precisely, how Cherry perceived it if she wasn't told straight-up that they were together.
I mean, we do know that Axel is a flirt, so maybe even when he was with Lena he still flirted casually with some girls (you see how he flirts with Cindy even though Ian is with her, or the attitude he takes towards Wade - he gives the impression he doesn't care much about how others perceive him when he feels he'll be successful either way).

Maybe it was just because Lena felt sure he loved him and knew of his flirtatious nature that she naively believed it was fine - she does say that Axel is a guy who needs to be liked, and a lot of girls liked him, so she seems to have come to terms with that being his 'personality', and it may have blinded her a bit. Maybe she just pushed aside her doubts, and put blind faith on his word that he loved her. If Lena and Cherry both loved Axel, and above all wanted to believe he loved (or in Cherry's case, deeply cared about, or hoped he loved) in return, then they could go to pretty great lengths to delude themselves that that was the case. One thing is for sure, love can blind even the most intelligent and cynical of us.

I guess the only thing we know for sure is we only have a minimum of information about the event - one person's point of view. A lot could be revealed down the track. I don't think it was a coincidence that Cherry didn't get to have her say in the scene where Lena and Cherry met again - giving us too much, too soon, would ruin the chance for character, relationship and story development.

But maybe I'm just grasping at straws; hoping for some depth to the situation and that Lena isn't painted as the innocent, angelic one who can do no wrong, and that Cherry and Axel were just the stereotypical cheaters who knew and didn't care. That would be boring. I'd love to see the good and bad, and most of all human, in every character in the equation.

Heh. Yeah, I guess we are. But I don’t think you’re grasping at straws. The meeting between Lena and Cherry and its aftermath definitely seemed to be intentionally structured the way you mention. A slight hint from Cherry that things aren’t necessarily as they seem, then the whole story from Lena’s (biased) point of view, and then Holly and Ivy later on representing the two polar positions on how to interpret it.

I think it definitely points at a more nuanced view being revealed at some point. If it also means that Cherry will get more screen time, I consider that a win as well!

I don't think I have any objections to Axel's stats, but I absolutely see what you mean by "bedazzled by her own creation". And the way he's so clearly created to fit into that idea of a male ideal, without any noticeable flaws when it comes to looks or confidence, also makes him a bit boring, in a way.

To be fair, it's probably harder to showcase the characters' charisma than their lust/wits/athletics, and also more difficult than in most other story formats. In a movie it's obviously easy, and in a novel you have a lot more space to build complicated characters. In that sense I think it's understandable that someone's charisma in a porn game is simplified to traits like "extremely handsome", "dominating personality" or "very confident in approaching women".

Yeah. It's like two or three completely different stats put into the same category: confidence, getslaideasywithwhoevertheywant and actual charisma.

I don't think we are grasping at straws. Cherry broke up with Axel so she clearly has a conscience. So Axel (and possibly someone else) must have misled her. Cherry has conspicously avoided any details about what happened. And even if she knowingly cheated with Axel, is that really beyond redemption (cough)Mike(cough)? Don't forget that it looks like Lena can forgive Axel.

But then, we now know that her number is 6666. So maybe she is the actual devil. Maybe she seduced poor Axel and then made sure that Lena would be hurt at most by sleeping with her, too. Maybe she is now slowly clawing into Ian, fooling everyone with her false sweetness. I mean it is quite a coincidence she is fucking the one guy Lena is interrested in. Now that would be interesting

I don't like Axel for two reasons, charisma aside
He's one of those entitled guys who never had a problem getting what he wanted.
He's also got a face like a puckered and bleached bunghole.
The entitlement is character depth so I understand it, and because it's written that way, it's supposed to be polarizing. Some like him, other's don't. I don't.
Also, I'm weird I guess because I don't really give a shit about Ian X Lena relationship. I try to make Lena completely promiscuous and then I make Ian chase after Cindy. Lena fucks everyone except Robert and Axel (Robert is kinda pathetic and Axel for the afforementioned reasons.

Yeah Cherry or Axel can use the fact that Lena cheated with Jeremy and Mike to point out her hypocrisy if the path goes that way.

Those don't happen in all plays. I don't have Lena fuck any of them, never have Ian fuck Minerva, she's gross. Only 1 out of 4 saves he fucks Cindy. 2 he goes for Holly rather than Lena and 1 he helps Wade rather than Cindy and lets him crash on the sofa.
