It's probably because of her ex but after their 2 day bone session, I thought it would come up tbh. But other than that, this update was awesome!

0.5 is the last official android port from game creator, she hasn't done them since. Unofficial port will usually pop up in this thread several days after release.
Also, official android ports should come back soon, based on Patreon info, but even then I wouldn't expect them for alpha builds.
