If you go for the affair/lust path, Cindy will go for Axel as well. its not cheating, because she and Ian aren't commiting to each other on that path.
If you go for the heart/love path, you usually choose heart options. The important exception is in chapter 12, when Ian must choose the wits option so that Cindy isn't taking him for granted and later on rejects Axels advances. If he choses the heart option in this instance instead, she takes him for granted and later allows Axel to touch her.
I admit it doesn't look good lol But we've seen similar stuff with Lena and Axel during the photography shoot with Seymour. Their poses were extremely racy but ultimately it was just art/work (and no sex occured).

Cindy always gives in to Axels advances to some extent. Except when you are on her love path and used the wits option in chapter 12, only then she rejects Axel.

So far the only two fights that have been resolved off screen have been the one involving mike and jeremy. As ian we will play the remaining fights in the tournament. As for injuries after the first fight of the tournament, I can't tell you, the most logical thing is that ian would end up with some bruises or cuts but that would mean more work for eva. Which is weird because if you go back to chapter 7 and beat robert in a fight you'll leave him with a busted lip.
I couldn't tell you I haven't lost the first fight of the tournament and the only time I lost it eva hadn't finished the whole fight yet.
