Theres currently no confirmed "NTR route", but the hand on the ass at the end seems to be leaning in that direction. To not get the hand on the ass you have to first play it cool, but also tell Cindy that she is playing with you.
Axel touching Cindy during the photoshoot (I think you mean chapter 9) doesn't lead to any branching routes. But telling off Axel the second chance during that scene gives charisma point instead of lust point and tanks Ian and Axels friendship.
Flag for whether or not the ass grab picture happens is ticked during the second photo sessions at the Axel' apartment. You should pick either first or second option to tell him to keep his hands to himself to prevent that. I think this is regardless of whether or not you're on "romantic" or "lustful" path with Cindy. Yeah, speculation based on Eva saying GGGB was a game where she made content she enjoys, which makes sense given she started the project before she had a following. I don't know that she's ever stated outright that she gets off to BBC or fat old men, or cheating or lesbian or anal content, but I think her development history speaks for itself.
Alternatively you could look up the game Katie's Corruption, I have not played it myself but Eva cites it as her inspiration in her interview.

Seymour or is the problem the insane 35$ tier, for smaller and smaller updates. In the good old days of GGGB 10-20$ was all that was needed. And there were only Ch.6 Alpha, Beta, Final not 12.1-12.4 with three releases at minimum over 30+ days.I guess seymour doesn't have as much support as I thought.
