You know What's the most disappointing part of this update

The first beach update of this year came around 20-30 April
The second beach update came around 20-30 July with almost the same amount of content
Now after 3 months here we are in late October and we got in that time a epilogue of beach part and this Seymour update which combined not even have half of the amount of the second update of beach event

Eva kiss is getting even slower than before and this schedule of releasing a update as soon as some content is available to keep her patreon happy is not working for me bcoz this game is just too good to play only 1 hour in 1.5 month update

I really hope Eva stops doing this and starts taking more time to at least put out a update that has decent amount of content
HEY... don't forget... there was that issue with the colorist.

I still say its a mistake to have TWO protagonists who interact in this way. I actually can't think of ANY AVN games where the narrative is improved/enhanced by having this. But I can think of multiple examples where it is hindered. I get the appeal, you look at a game like, Detroit:Become Human (PLAY IT NOW!!!!!) where the story unfolds through multiple perspectives, and it just works so well. But keep in mind, that they almost never repeat a scene from another character's perspective (a trap many games/shows fall into, but it's always boring), and the POV characters actually don't have much interaction with each other at all, and its mostly relegated to the story's climax (hehe, climax) and they separate again soon after.

Contrast with ORS where the characters constantly repeat scenes from two perspectives, and frequently interact with one another. Which, IMO, actually makes me feel like the worst of both worlds. I'm in the driver's seat for both of them, so I'm... dating myself? And giving me more context actually makes the story less interesting. A great artist once said 'art is not about what you see, but what you make others see' and giving us every detail of a story, every angle of a scene keeps us from imagining things, it prevents our imaginations from filling in the blanks, which is often exactly what makes a piece of art so captivating.

I would play a game about Lena. Or one about Ian. But playing as both actually makes me less interesting in either. And sadly it seems like this creates a lot more work for the Dev, without much reward. I'm not even sure there is a better way to accomplish what Eva is setting out to do either, the concept might never survive the execution.
Completely agree. Total waste of attention, confuses the story, slows production, stops major story forks.

Now talk about female Ian and male Lena, coward.

Jokes aside I get your point but it wouldn't kill to have at least one decent male romance option for Lena who isn't the MC with the right choices. Just one Dave-like dude who is genuinely a nice man Eva, that's all I ask, then you can have as many creeps/incels/cucks/playboys/manipulators/cheaters as you want!
In Good Girl Gone Bad: I can only think of Ashley Boyfriend, Dave, Eva, Jess, and Jack. But if only if you're good girl Ash. I feel like Dave and Eva are ride or die because Ashley will die in the gang route without Eva.

Serious question... Do you find Ian's job exciting?
Someone who is super passionate about writing and if the right options are picked is very good at it is that exciting? Of course that is exciting. Creative passionate people are hot. They wouldn’t even need to be rich and famous as long as they make a decent income I would be happy.

On top of what he does for his job he also can be an amateur MMA fighter and is good at drawing. Dude is a catch.

Sad to say but I have pretty much lost interest in this game. Not criticizing anyone, the writing is excellent, the art is next level, the quality is great. It just takes too damn long between updates and this is only going to get exponentially worse as time goes on. Eva made one mistake, way back at the beginning, and that was to have 2 protagonists, in the style of game she makes, the complexity of this is mind melting

make Ian an npc and lets get on with the main story! Or switch it and lets see Ian's life
I agree with you, I stopped playing the game because I was completely bored during all of the sections I had to play as Ian.

I found myself wanting to get back to the sections I play as Lena, as her choices felt more interesting.

True male MC in this game is pussy destroyer King Axel. I patiently waiting for his solo scene with Ivy where Lena watching like good girl. How it is possible he didn't fuck her already? And wtf is he doing with Cindy.. i want to see his POV!

Honestly I don’t think the dual protagonist will be bad when the game is completed. Having both views and related stories is fun when you can binge the game.

When you reach the end of a chapter and something interesting is happening to one of the characters and then it switches to the other and your left wanting more is fun when the wait is just how long it takes to finish the next chapter.

The problem we have is the game is in development so it isn’t just an hour or so wait it is months upon months of a waiting. Also some releases like this one will feel unsatisfying.

I just started the game at the middle of chapter 12. I really enjoyed the back and forth but now I can see it being a slog when I get paths I am not interested in and then another 3-4 months for a different path I am uninterested in.

hmm... Goodgirl Ashley+Dave is the only path I had no interest in playing_ but glad it's there I suppose. I don't have the impression that there isn't enough realistic vanilla paths here.

Yeah I'm not a fan of this update scheme. The game is still good for what it has now but Eva is still getting to hungry. I still see posts every now and then talking about new backgrounds. Girl we don't need new backgrounds, be resourceful with what you have and stop making so many backgrounds if you're not gonna use them often.

I don't mind a Seymour focus on the update, what I mind is into how much of a crawl the game is getting to. The game needs to end or Eva needs to chill with the new stuff, the myriad of characters and branching paths for all of them severely overcomplicates the writing as the story goes on and I knew it was gonna get hyper convoluted but this is getting atrocious. This better not go farther than a Ch16. There are far too many routes and we've come to a point where only a single route for one of the characters is getting progress. This is not ok and Eva has to know this. The story needs to end soon because her work is good but she's eating far more than she can chew. She's pulling a DrPinkCake at this point but even that guy had enough foresight to know that any more than 6 main routes would spell absolute disaster down the line, and even with just 6 major routes he still has slowed down to an update per year.

Hopefully it doesn't take Eva a year and a half to finish Ch15 if she ends up slowing progress even further than this.

The last time there was a popularity poll, the fan base shat on Seymour so badly that Eva Kiss hasn't done one of these since.

Eva Kiss said:

Stan has stolen the second place from Seymour, who has fallen to fifth position, surpassed both by Axel and Marcel, which is a bit sad since I've put a ton of effort on Seymour's plot, character and scenes, trying to make them stand out and bring a different feel to the game.
Why does the dev care so much how the audience reacts to Seymour? Do they think everyone's obligated to enjoy every path in the game? How is this different to any other path like the Ian cuck path which I also hate? Make the damn game and let people enjoy it how they want. In real life no one except young girls or materialistic people like someone like Seymour: rich douchebags who use their wealth and power to bully and control everyone around them.
