Allison used to get her belly button pierced at slut level two in the early days of the game. It was removed during the big shake up that resulted in a lot of the girls getting new outfits and Stan having his huge overhaul. I don't have the screenshot readily available from where I'm at, but I've posted it before.

Edited for clarity: I don't actually know what the code variable was, I just always called it slut levels for the girls. But each of them had a default outfit and the more Ian and Lena choose lust options around them the more skin they would start to show. From what I remember this was true of Emma, Allison, and Cindy. Most of their outfits were added back in later for different settings. What is now Emma's clubbing outfit for example used to be what I referred to as her slut level 2.

I'll edit this post later when I can get to the hard drive that stores that screenshot.

Of course an alternative theory could be that one version is supposed to be in the game and another is a random test.

But if we assumed the images were going to be in the game, or maybe just the BWC version I see several possibilities of how one comes to view them:
1. Axel shows Lena to taunt her.
2. Axel shows Ian to taunt him.
3. Ivy shows whomever because Axel shared it with her? Not sure why he would but who knows.
4. Cindy shows Lena to taunt her. This seems really out of character, but let's say their catty interactions increase and Axel's involved with them both.
5. Cindy shows Ian to taunt him. Kinda the same deal as 4, but perhaps if Ian becomes a bit too much of a bitch with her she could lash out? Or if he cheats on her.
6. Lena finds it snooping on Axel's phone.
7. Ian finds it snooping on Cindy's phone.
8. The reverse of 6 or 7, although the conditions for those opportunities would seem much more far-fetched.
9. Wade shows it to Ian, say after a bad break up if he confronts Axel and Axel shares it with him in retaliation? Or Cindy does for a similar reason, though I would hope she wouldn't be that malicious towards him.

For the BBC version I only really see Ian sharing Cindy with Jeremy as a likely option and that would also seem to be in the far future still, assuming this came about.

If they're going to be used the fact Jeremy is likely the variant makes me think it's going to be something like with Emma and Alison where Ian is receiving similar images/vids because they turn him on (or Cindy is getting a cuckold route). Jeremy isn't really the type to take part in taunting Ian or Lena, especially using Wade's ex he doesn't even really taunt Alison's ex. I think you're on to something with Cindy been the sender but like you I can't see her motive sending something that compromising been malicious.

Ian does have a cuck variable and Jeremy can send Ian pics of Alison and Emma you'd think at some point Ian's going to receive an image like that from one of the women themselves. I'd presumed it'd be Alison, Lena or Gillian. But Cindy's entire thing has been pushing far outside her norms in a very short space of time because she's lost and unhappy. She went from a loyal and unwilling couch potato in a commuted relationship, to a cheating model going to shoots and clubs that's ready to dump her bf. If Cindy receives any kind of indication Ian would find it sexy watching her get fucked I think she'd lean into it for the fun, freedom, attention and validation.

I'm sure I ain't played every path the game offers but it seems to be all the way throughout to get Ian's attention. At each and every point of the story, dialogue hints at Alison doing stuff to get Ian or at least a reaction out of him.

So while it's weird to say it, Ian is bimboing her by proxy even when he doesn't fuck her.
Kinda similar to Holly who goes corrupt path because she thinks he likes slutty girls but that one's more complex since she's into Lena as well.

Eh, I personally don't care for incest, as I'm sure many others don't. But it was an option in the game, and incest aside, it was still a fairly sweet ending they had; which is why I included it with the addendum.

Which is why I recommended her get some therapy. Imagine remaking yourself for the chance to get with a guy. It's on the pathetic side of things.
