Lol this just proves that Cindy has the most dedicated fanbase/ unhinged fanbase for someone to make a full standalone game of their queen. The Lena Lovers could never.

Idk, it's one thing to write s fanfiction but to make the game of someone else's and take donations, I don't think it's allowed.
Technically it'd fall under "parody", like ton of other games here which use themes/characters/settings which are IPs of others. It's just usually these use big IPs of big companies, but there's been ones for other porn games, too -- e.g. there's at least a few spin-offs for "A Wife And A Mother" because some people got tired of waiting 5+ years for the game protagonist to have any actual sex.

That said, a DMCA report would probably take it down. But there's a question whether there's even a point. Someone gets a few bucks from this, yet, but at the same time they produce extra content which raises visibility of your own IP.

A lot of games here and on Patreon which parody DC and Marvel comics, also there is Four Elements trainer parody of Avatar.

Also, a lot of games here (also on Patreon) which parody DC and Marvel comics, and they are fine.
Well, I know that if you write Disney and Marvel fanfiction and charge for it, you will get in trouble. It happened to few fanfic writers. So, it's only matter of time when you're discovered.

Yeah I know, as long as it's free and author doesn't profit from it, it falls under fair use policy, I'm just saying they are still on Patreon.

Yeah, the paid content is chased much more vigorously. But then it also has some to do with a lot of these characters being trademarked, and the holder being then obliged to enforce that trademark, if they want to keep it. I doubt Cindy or any other character in ORS has this kind of protection (and obligation to be protected)

At the end of the day it's still a question if it's even worth it to smack down a person who's effectively advertising your game without costing you money. (if you don't actually have to) It may be, but, ehh.

You're saying Eva didn't have the foresight to trademark such legendary characters such as Stan and Robert? Huge oversight! How will future generations know who created these icons?

Most of these fan-made projects end up irrelevant because they can't replicate the quality of the original title. I can't think of one that has become successful. It's more like free advertisement and fan engagement.

Not to mention that ORS' biggest strengths are the art and the writing, which isn't easy to copy. People who can produce such high-quality content (by porn game standards) would focus on their own ideas instead. And let's not forget Eva got inspired by IRL people with her characters, at least visually. I doubt she's kicking up to Nancy Ace, so striking any parody game with ORS would be in bad taste.
