I think it's a pretty clear copyright infringement as it is done for profit. More practically if she writes to Patreon to take it down, they would probably do it.
Technically it'd fall under "parody", like ton of other games here which use themes/characters/settings which are IPs of others. It's just usually these use big IPs of big companies, but there's been ones for other porn games, too -- e.g. there's at least a few spin-offs for "A Wife And A Mother" because some people got tired of waiting 5+ years for the game protagonist to have any actual sex.

Well, I know that if you write Disney and Marvel fanfiction and charge for it, you will get in trouble. It happened to few fanfic writers. So, it's only matter of time when you're discovered.

Yeah, the paid content is chased much more vigorously. But then it also has some to do with a lot of these characters being trademarked, and the holder being then obliged to enforce that trademark, if they want to keep it. I doubt Cindy or any other character in ORS has this kind of protection (and obligation to be protected)
You're saying Eva didn't have the foresight to trademark such legendary characters such as Stan and Robert? Huge oversight! How will future generations know who created these icons?
I know, right. The worst part is, since Robert isn't trademarked, he may appear in other games.
