I don't know if you noticed but in the ch11 prologue Lena suggest to Ian a threesome with another girl (I'm guessing it's either Ivy, Louise, Emma or even Holly)... So a FFM threesome is almost guaranteed in ch11 (you need to have an "open" relationship with Lena for this)

The problem with this thought is that you're thinking of Cindy as if she is a real person, which she is not. Cindy is a character controlled by Eva to be as realistic as possible, but at the end of the day she's not real, so if Cindy is going to betray Ian it's Eva's choice and chances are she won't because some of the players would no longer want to romance with her and it was going to be a waste of Cindy. My theory is: if Cindy is dating Ian, there will be two routes one to cuck Ian where Cindy has sex with Axel and one to other Ians where Cindy stays loyal to Ian, maybe even a third route where Cindy and Ian break up if the player chooses.
