It could be a bug, or maybe you loaded save from a different play-through on accident. It could also just be Louise with her mood swings. She is emotionally unstable.
This was in a new playthrough. Looks like bug. Louise talked about Jeremy like that when she was still with him and later she called Lena to threesome because Lena gave him a handjob or blowjob. And the silent treatment happened when Louise cries jealous of Stan and Holly.

It's funny that no one has yet proposed the theory of Seymour as a Lena's biological father. She never saw him, even little photo, Her mother didn't tell her anything about him. I reckon Seymour is probably partly inspired by Jordan Peterson. Did a AI face swap and it really fits.
Plenty of people have proposed the theory. Just not in a bit. Leaning towards "no" due to patreon rules (I think it's the bum who's life Seymour once ruined). But I think Seymour knew, dated and was obsessed at one point with Lena's mom, Lena, in a sense, being a do-over Seymour can finally control.
