A Porn movie seems like something that is more likely, but it would sound like it is something that would have to happen on Seymour's route, given that how he used his money and power to basically keep other photographers and such away from Lena just so he could have her. So anything professional that involves distribution is going to be happening through him. However even here it would take a while unless Eva has time skips in place, before an actual Gangbang scenario can ever happen.

For the StalkFAP app, she most likely would be open to something like a Camming route, and who or what happens here is depending on, is she single or in a relationship ( and with who ) or situationship ( and with who or how many ) but even here it would be probably limited to a threesome, because she would have to do this with people she would trust given that random's coming to her place of living is not exactly safe and you do not want to bring fans in the mix either.

I think Ivy has the highest chance for the Ian and Lena threesome. It's supposed to be a MFF and Ivy and Ian became closer after the gym encounter in chapter 10. She'd also probably be the easiest to convince.
