It´s no longer needed. Start new game, choose cheat mode, game will ask if you want to unlock complete gallery. Type yes, skip prologue, make a save, exit to main -> voilá!

I have to mention this that in final update If Ian is on Chad route as specified above than the variable is no longer changed from ian_lena_love=False to True automatically It is only set to true IF IAN OPEN UP WITH LENA when she returns from her home trip. Everything else is same as above mentioned.
Means Ian now choses if he wants to love Lena or not in Chad route

I really don't see a problem with Ian and Lena being both protagonists. I respect Eva Kiss for giving them both equal amount of time in the game.
Most like this games it's the Male that get more time than the female MC. What comes to mind to me is Love & Sex: Second Base like it's crazy how the Male have 30 something girls but the Female MC have less that and less content still.
But back to the main point
We already have Good Girl Gone Bad with Female MC; it's pretty cool we have with both Male and Female so everyone can have the best of both worlds.
Honestly, don't see the problem of playing as the opposite sex; it's hot in a sense but also if I'm into the story and the characters than I don't really which gender I am playing as really.

I don't know why you guys think that EK is just going to drop Ian as Protagonist(as I get impression from several post). Why would she? She is just checking how her audience is engaging with game now and get opinions on several things such as criticism etc.
So chill! She is not going to drop one MC over other but we may see one of the protagonists getting more content or more Character defining.

re: MMA tourney I have to admit I skipped most of the text there until recently and it is explained that it works like a bracket with 1 fight per month. So ... likely it´ll start in the next 1-2 chapters and be something that drags on until the end of the game and not a one time event.

I am avoiding Holly path for now waiting for more content (I'm just being greedy) But I don't think so that Ian is going to Love Lena if he is on Holly route Bcz I don't think you can get this option to open up with Lena if Ian is dating Holly.
But don't know Holly's route of CH11 fully So can't say.

Which would mean Ian reduced to level of Robert or Mike. Which, sure, maybe is a thing for a lot of people... but on the other hand, given the complaints how boring Lena's hookups are, i'll choose to remain skeptical about that supposed amount who'd truly enjoy it.

Ian would be a future successful writer, above Robert's level. Mike is on a good level, being DJ. You might dislike Lena's LI, but they're not more boring than Ian's. And the complaints, it's just a couple guys on this forum. Sure there must be more but I don't think it's that many people.
It's just discussion about it initiated by the poll. Of course it's too late to change it, but we can imagine what would have happened if there was only Lena as MC. Or Ian if you want to defend its case.
I'd say this thread getting close to 2000 pages is an indication that the game's creator has better idea of what people want than the game's detractors.
That's not my point; it was that the level of interactions with these LIs is reduced to "invite them home, have a porn scene, send them away". And the same would then apply to Ian -- him being a future successful writer would mean exactly as little as Mike being a DJ or Robert being a waiter, i.e. something that gets mentioned pretty much never after initial introduction, and plays no role.

As a side note, my observations of the peanut gallery's critical commentary on Lena's sex scenes have been either that Lena's potential hookups are ethically questionable or that they're boring. There may be at least two different interested audiences as far as Lena's POV is concerned, which I'll oversimplify and loosely call the storyline fans and the porno stans. Mostly because the fans of the storylines like the sex scenes too, but the porno stans are really hyperfocused on the porn.
I guess it's not too surprising that, given their familiarity with this developer, the porno stans that are even willing to play a female protagonist game are (1) hoping for GGGB's female protagonist-led gangbangs, and so on, voting for more of that type of content, or (2) don't like playing the female role and fast forward through her scenes to get to Ian's. A preference split, with an edge to those who like Lena's POV more.
I'm going to guess the storyline fans are more inclined to like both POVs equally, with a smaller percentage liking Ian's POV a little more, if they like the dynamics of Ian's friend group, and aren't a big fan of Lena's hookup options.
Too bad it'd be nearly impossible to get funding for conducting detailed survey research for erotic video games and their players, get a little data to support all this armchair speculation. Some intellectual masturbation in tandem with the actual masturbation.
I'm gonna need to see the US hhs.gov 2023 internal FAPS report before I can speculate either way there.
