Short answer kinda. But it's a bit undercooked. You can't have sex with Holly as Ian without breaking up with Lena. And save for a bathroom scene with Holly and Ivy, Lena can't have sex with Holly while dating Ian. But the trouple path does exist in the game. It's just not fully implemented at this point.

Now that I think about it, it's kinda weird that the 3 of them being in a relationship together hasn't been an option since day 1, given how Holly is a main possible love interest for both protagonists, and how well the 3 of them vibe together.

Yes, when you meet them in CH1, the natural assumption is that Ian/Lena/Holly would be one of the main paths in the game. It's strange that it is not.

Beach House SHOULD be the starting point of the throuple if not than some paths are reserved for Ending chapters such as: Holly Throuple, IanxIvy, Seymour Dubai arc, etc. and are just eye candy or to keep audience interested enough throughout the chapter releases.

It has nothing to do with the character routes because the story without Ian would not change the fact this game is ORS not GGGB and its story and content are different, the reason for the delays are purely out of game issues but I have to admit that its EK's excuses aren't as elaborate as before, right?
