I find it highly unlikely that multiple chapters will be spent focusing on Seymour because not only did you say that she was disappointed in his popularity you must also factor in that it's possible that most people actually avoid his route especially if they are on the route where he tries to blackmail Lena. I just don't see the dev spending a bunch of time and resources over multiple chapters solely on a character who isn't as popular as she wanted.

Well as I have said before, this is why developers should not be allowed to live freely. They do their best work when kept imprisoned in darkened rooms, given a minimum amount of food, and kept on task by the appropriate masters.
I think there may also be a choice on a simpler level: drop the contract and distance from Seymour in order to have a "pure" (and also poor in terms of income) relationship with Ian, or give in to the posh callings and drop Ian in favor of gaining full-term position as Seymour's "muse"/sugar baby.
Since both Lena and Ian can both depend financially and vocationally on Seymour, I do not see why they cannot both be harnessed together into an erotic puppet show that Seymour can use to win friends and influence his uncle.
It's a possibility, but the player has control over both Lena and Ian and may choose to make a stand with the latter, if they feel that'd match the character they opted in given playthrough. Ian who learns that Lena has been doing erotic shows for Seymour doesn't necessarily have to just keel over; in fact, it creates a moral conundrum of his own.
