"A ranking originating from academic grading in Japan used to describe a level superlative to grades such as A, B, etc.; it may be used in real or fictional tournaments or ranking lists such as in martial arts, fights in fiction, video games or in tier lists."

S is the best rank on tier lists. Think of it as a 90-100% grade, whereas A would be 80-90%.

Eva seems really burnt out if she can't write what she's good at - corruption, because Seymour's arc is a typical "bad girl" route and it's her canon, her strong point since GGGB. And if Eva is stuck at this point, then things don't look good.
But don't panic, there is a way out of any situation. I think two of the best writers on F95 - Joshy92 and mommysboiii will be happy to help her. Eva should hire these two as lead writers.

The problem might be that there are an annoyingly large amount of enticing options from which to choose and she cannot easily make up her mind. Too slow frustrates her customers; too fast lessens the variety and suspense.
