The way Eva talked about the kink poll list, nothing is really gonna change based on it, she just descibes how this had a lot of votes, and she already had plans for it in the future. No. Most "couples" are in love with each but not official boyfriend/girlfriend. Additionally on the Ian x Lena path cheating from both parties is possible.

Keep in mind just because you can do it, doesn't mean the people in love with your MCs will appreciate you sleeping around. Some might ask you to stop or you might lose relationship points because of how you act around other characters.

Try deleting the persistent files in your C drive and relaunch the game.
