Interesting, so I was able to get the FFM threesome on the Throuple path with slutty Holly and slutty Lena. I'm unsure is this is a feature or a bug. I'm leaning towards the latter however. How I did this was by sleeping around with both protagonists and not getting into a dedicated relationship. In chapter 12 Jeremy tells Ian of Lena sleeping around (with him as well). Ian chooses that he cannot see Lena as just a friend. Lena decides she still wants to be with Ian. Normally this would be the trigger to enter into a relationship with Lena late but...Holly confesses to kissing Lena so on the beach, after the never have I ever game, instead of the relationship talk with Ian and Lena, I get the threesome scene. Bimbo Alison messages Ian next morning and Ian doesn't say he is in a throuple relationship now like he does on if he had the relationship talk with Lena last night. Also Ian says he's uncomfortable with his relationship with Lena after discovering her deceit. I thought this was fixed? Next chapter, for some reason Lena can have sex with Stan. The chapter 13 threesome scene happens. Then next night Lena asks Ian for a threesome with Jeremy. Then the "glory Holly" :KEK: scene happens. So like I said, these things are likely bugs but just throwing it out there.

i played over 50 times and i couldn't get holly, lena and ian threesome scene in my playthrough i dated only with holly / vice versa
how to get holly trinity scene, i'm really stuck atm

You don't need to go to the book fair with Holly to form the throuple. Make sure your on good terms with Holly but don't go to the book fair with her. Date Lena as Ian. Do not let Ivy corrupt Holly. Try to kiss Holly as Lena until she eventually kisses you. Get over Gillian as Ian by stopping looking at her pictures. When Holly tells Ian about kissing Lena, reply with "Just that?". When you and Lena talk about Holly, say you care about her too. Do all this and you should be good.

There's a tenpy universal mod to get all possible variations to occur. Added it to my game and got to finally see that Lena holly Trinity scene and shit.

The way I managed it was be good with both, go on the book trip with Holly, kiss but stop there, tell Lena, work through it, have Lena kiss Holly, then Holly Trinity at the beach.

I hear you can dump Lena for Holly after the book trip, and get her to join later as well. Not sure if a Lena/Holly relationship would let Ian in though.

I think last time I tried to get it to work, I ran into a greyed out choice. How do you get an Ian/Lena open relationship, and what can you do within that that won't immediately blow it up?

As a man, that's fairly true to most of us (I dont enjoy playing the super slutty corrupted women myself) but definitely have a hard time connecting with male LIs. That's one reason I like the game, because Ian is also ME, I can get into it. Most of the time when I play ANY game not just lewd ones and I'm a female I go the lesbian route. I just cant get the romantic connection with someone I dont fancy myself (excluding femshep and Garrus cuz it's just so damned sweet). But, it needs the romance for me personally. Shallow relationships in games bore me male or female.
