The Stan "romance" path is probably the most ridiculous/unbelievable "path" in a visual novel/kinetic novel/dating sim in recent history.
It's just baffling how empty the route is and then skyrocks by it being entirely one-sided affection from Stan (he is not the problem in that regard, it makes perfect sense how and why a shy loser would fall for his hot kind room mate), but Lena... just not having any thoughts about him and a potential relationship with him. What does she feel about Stan and why?

Currently we have no reason for Lena to like Stan, even though you can make something up that is in line with her character and personality.
- She is an older sister and used to troublesome people in her family and her friend circle (Louise, Ivy, Holly), so believing to be responsible and pitying and patronising them is a direction she can easily take, she has a hang to overwork herself and take the load of many other people.
- Stan could be a welcome change from her past relationships, overconfident, dismissive bulls who push her around and use her. Aside from the matter that Stan isn't so much a positive than merely an absence of negatives and would likely be just as bad as Axel if only he could. The cuck/sexless Ian path emphasized how Lena loves to be in sexual control in contrast to her past abuse with Axel, so with Stan it could similtaniously elaborated on how she likes being the one in charge.

As said multiple times, one of my issues with Stan is that he is too bad and has no positives. Even scum like Arthur or the nobodies like Robert and even newbe John have some basic features that justify to hang out with them. As an example, you can't have something made cheap, high-quality and fast, at least one of the three features has to be reversed (expensive, low quality or slow). But with Stan its more like he is expensive, low quality and slow, no one would ever want a product like him.

Good attributes for a partner would be 1. physical attractiveness, 2. reliability/kindness and 3. charisma. Stan is 1. ugly, is 2. unsure of himself, unable to provide for a partner and also 3. highly introverted, awkward and uncharismatic. If he would succeed at least in one of three points it would make it much more convincing for anyone to be interested in him. Say he is still shy and a nuisance relationshipwise, but has a physical treat (admitably that route is taking by many other male love interests of Lena). Or he is still ugly and uncharismatic, but kind and emptional emphatic, able to take responsible and provide, foreseeing his friends needs (thats a good route akin to Ashleys dad once he recovers). Or he is ugly and unreliable, but still very confident and charming.

I wonder if Holly is like Stan, would she be still desirable? One would argue that yes just because she's a girl. Ugly women always have the chance to be likeable to someone, unlike ugly men which is unfair tbh.

Holly is hotter and/or makes much more effort to look hot. So even if we assume normal Holly is as ugly as Stan (she isn't, she would look like the landwhale), she goes to the gym, changes her eating habits, changes her hair style, her clothes, even her glasses. Imagine Stan getting a proper hair cut, wearing something good and getting in shape (which he starts in chapter 13).

Holly is also better personality wise. She has issues, but still socializes and approaches people despite of them, while Stan doesn't even tries. He got dumped, so got Holly. She attends book fairs, talks with her work colleagues (basic stuff that Stan doesn't even manage) and makes a move on people.

There is certainly some doublestandard and unfair biological sexual norm, men are expected to succeed and women have a bit more leisure and can get away with being meek. Though even they have to pay for that and can easily end up lonely, so I wouldn't go to far in the rabbit hole to complain about how women having it better.

Eh... Both sexes do even out in the end. If you want to get laid, you just take care of yourself and groom your whole body well, which says more than appearance, as you also show respect to the other person by not being a mess.

There isn't a lot in all honesty. But if it's good Jess, she won't cheat on her partner with Ian. If it's bad Jess and the beer date with her goes well, she will show up at Ian's door before his fight in the MMA tournament, distraught because of her home-life being shit. If Ian tries to fuck her, she will, but then she'll get pissed and not interact with Ian again. If Ian respects her and doesn't try and have sex, the next time we as the players see Jess she'll be in her good Jess outfit, just with the lip scar, and Ian will be able to text her during the beach event. I'm pretty sure that's it for the moment; I could be forgetting a small scene.
Hello everyone.
Write the exact conditions for Jessica to come to Ian. I have tried many things, but nothing works.
These conditions are met. I have both written and not written messages to her. She still does not come. What other conditions could interfere?

Did you messager her twice? If you message her a second time (the next morning at work after you messaged her in the previous evening) she will ignore you for being a needy desperate simp.

The first time I wrote twice. The second time I didn't write at all. But how should I do it? Write once?

Once I didn't write to her at all. The second time I wrote twice. Should I write once? Or did I not understand again?))
Yes, only text her once. She even warned you about that herself. Not texting means not caring about her. Texting twice means being pushy and needy.

Make a move on her and get her number (just use a nonoffensive choice and apologize if you don't have the skills). Later on, only text her once. At the date, don't adress her past. At the sleep over, either fuck her (she hates you) or offer her your bed.
It seems that only bad Jess is dateable, so have Lena sleep with Robert and/or Mike at least once. Or get the special drug dream and alter realities to change Jess.

There's a detailed walkthrough available for this game and linked in the first post.

Yes, if Lena fucks someone at the club then Ian hears about it from Jeremy and doesn't want relationship with her anymore.

For lena_mike_dating it is activated in Ch.6 if Lena chooses to sext him and sends him a selfie. Not 100% sure but technically you can have a freebie sex with him in Ch.5 without consequences, i think.
I follow these steps and now Ian and Lena get into a relationship in chap 9 and not later in the game in chap 12. How can I prevent them from getting into a relationship early?

We're a pretty helpful group of people here that can direct you towards whatever goal you want in the game. As has already been proven by so many other members.

But general rule of thumb, do not come into a thread and demand we tell you how to achieve something. Especially when the game clearly tells you what to do for someone. Jessica clearly states to not send her multiple messages, one is more than enough and she'll reach back out on her own timeline.

Hmm this is tricky. I suspect EK was a little bit too eager with the combination of early restrictions and late game Jeremy drama, and as a result it's really hard to find a way to navigate between these.

About the only option i can see in the script is to have Ian get involved with Alison and, earlier in Ch.9 during the trip with her, to pick the love options: "Embrace her" and then "I love it too". Having the love flag active blocks Ian from starting relationship with Lena later in Ch.9 and they can instead agree to keep it casual. Then, early in Ch.12 it is possible to respond to Alison's text with "I'm busy" which breaks the love flag.

This, in theory, should allow Ian to get together with Lena later in Ch.12, but keep in mind this is all theoretical and untested.

I can totally see it. Overweight, virgin, zit covered and socially retarded Holly, who's bedrotting in her room all day and only ventures outside to either raid the fridge for cookies or to take an occasional upskirt creepshot of her female roommates (at least that is what Louise thinks she's doing). And Stanley, innocent and shy Catholic boy with the glasses and a very obvious gay crush on Ian. After all, we're all for equality here, right? Let's see if Ivy can crack his shell and make him spin on that dancing pole. Imagine the sex shop scene with Stan in Holly's place, with our two besties encouraging him to pick a toy for practice.
