Fair enough, knowing about the pic or not is certainly what's central to this instance. When reporting it as a bug though I imagine that reporting this perspective might be important to solving it. Is the fix to have Ian see the image in ch. 12 or to change the dialogue in ch. 13?
Quite often I feel with these more specific story circumstances, such as was the case with slut Holly getting with Lena or the throuple, the case happens to end up being a version "Eva was not aware that you could get X and Y simultaneously"
