You need to go for the 1st option for Ian to not make Cindy sleep with Axel. Wade going through with the break-up is canon. This is only valid for Ian/Cindy romance path. If you are in a casual cheating relationship with her, then she will sleep with Axel too by default.

Finally had the time to check the new update and Gsus what a good one that was.
Cindy romance path was great i didnt play her lust path but reading some comments here it was a shit show as expected the blondie was always my favorite after Lena but i dont know guys, Minerva is becoming one of my favorites right there with Cindy.
If you chose to Minerva be more soft towards Ian her romance path is wholesome, her slap in Ians arm was cute asf like a teenage couple and when she said "Suck on mommys tits"... fuck...she has my soul forever now

Liking LIs is subjective. You can always create two playthroughs focusing on either love or lust for the LIs. You said that you found Ali boring on the romance path, but it's the opposite for me. The game has a very high replay value, so try having fun with various variables on different saves.
I'm not normally one to pick nits. But something has been bothering me for a while now, despite the fact that it's very minor.
Ivy is supposed to have had some form of breast augmentation, and as far as we're aware it was an enlargement for entirely superficial reasons, and not like a reconstructive procedure due to mastectomy or the like. But her breasts are really about the same size as Lena's and Minerva's, with about the same shape. Louise's are similar at least too; at least when she is clothed, though they do appear smaller when naked. I guess when all the models are pornstars, most with implants, it's going to be difficult to differentiate in a meaningful way that Ivy doesn't have natural breasts by comparison. It's also something that isn't really brought up except maybe... twice?
So it almost seems pointless to even mention it if it isn't going to be brought up more and if there isn't a distinct visual difference either.

It's more natural dialogue, to not be bringing it up constantly, which is why it's only a nit pick, but it still seems odd that it doesn't get brought up at least a little more. It feels in her character to boast about it, at least once, to Lena and Holly either during a pole dancing scene or any of their other hang outs. I would certainly expect Jeremy to comment about it to Ian in a bro moment, or a chad Ian to pontificate about it during an inner monologue. The later especially being true after the spar.
EK doesn't really need to beat us over the head with the information. And I assume it will become a relevant topic during Billy's outing and / or to a Lena that is deep into Stalkfap. But, again, just seems odd that it's only been brought up once(?) in 13 chapters and then never expanded (pun not intentional) upon. It almost makes it an irrelevant fact. Though I guess we do occaisonally see the scars.
