I assume Eva will write some sloppy love story of Seymour to Lena, according to what I saw in Seymour update. Totally OOC. He is not the type of man who can feel love, or any kind of empathy. Such people can have only followers, worshipers and temporarily profitable partners.
Robert's sex scenes are already bad enough, now we also have Seymour's shit scenes, if there is a route where they two end up together I hope they have a happy ending STD  :KEK:(n)

Idk how many times I read Seymour type of male characters in books and fanfiction. They are morally gray/borderline on dark personalities, and all of them have traits of being toxic possessive and obsessive red flags. They manipulate, blackmail and coerce FMCs. Not to mention some of them will literally abuse/rape FMCs and they are usually written as mafia bosses. 365 days is a fairytale and ruin what could be a good dark "romance".
Morally grey characters are interesting with good written story - creator gives you the opportunity to see the story from their point of view, to find something that helps you understand and empathize with them, that "not everything is so clear-cut". With Seymour, I can't see this - he is unappealing evil.

Well, he is an antagonist or he was. Just look at his traits on vndb, although idk why Eva decided to drop Seymours villain arc suddenly... I thought he would make Lena to be his sex slave and pimping her to rich colleagues hence that's why prostitution tag would be added.

Maybe he's been infected from MC's MDS through Lena's pussy and ass?

How the fuck do you think he's even that light? He's as evil sociopath as it gets, only after conquests, and enjoys destroying lives to "win" at any game. He is literally destroying the town, and anyone who gets in his way. He's not physically raping and killing, but that's only because he enjoys more "sophisticated" domination, but he'll hire and coerce underlings to do his dirty deeds if he wants to.

Did she confirmed dropping his villain arc (I rarely read patron posts, and I'm not active on discord) , or it's just people assuming from latest Seymour update, because his behaviour can be easily be explained as some kind of emotional manipulation.

Where I have said that he's not an antagonist? He's tamer version of Arthur, you know the guy who not only perved on his son's girlfriend but also impregnated his own daughter.

Yep. I can't stand him, but I was fine with Seymour villain arc, which would be a serious challenge for the main characters.
Maybe it still gonna work on non-Seymour route.

By assuming. Since Eva's still working on the game, none of the characters relationships are wrapped up yet. Some say that if you don't sign the contract, Seymour cut off Lena for good, but we speculate that he may take revenge on her if Eva writes multiple endings for the game(good and bad) like she did for GGGB.

I don't know where from that "You are mine", "I'm yours" crap originated, but it's everywhere now, can't stop cringing while reading it.
It's older than print. The whole chivalric romance genre is basically prototypical simping, with the dudes declaring their allegiance to ladies and going on literal quests to prove their dedication.

They’re the wedding vows in Game of Thrones, at least that’s where I recall seeing it.

I was mostly talking about it in the context of sex scenes, I've read lot of Romance/Erotica in the past, and it wasn't so prevalent like it is now, maybe I'm just tired of it.

I think it might be more just what you've been reading, or it didn't register so much for you before. The whole "yes yes cum in me, make me yours" is pretty much a porn staple since i can remember. Probably even more common in the BDSM circles and the folks who are into slave play, given the focus on power dynamics there.
