Yes, most of the scripts are getting an overhaul so the saves are likely to be incompatible. But don't worry, you don't need to remember all of your decisions. Make the new ones. After all, some of the events will be quite different, and wouldn't apply to your old playstyle.
Well, I hope at least she did many changes, so it would be somewhat interesting to replay it again to see something new.

Kind of, in 0.9 it was possible to use a vibrator and squirt in front of one. But there were no full-fledged sex scenes yet. But I don't know if this scene will remain after revamp.

Maybe not removed, but redone. I agree with Gisgus that it's possible Seymour will have a slightly better build up and that it will require some scene changes
