The most BDSM path that is currently in the game is Lena-Louise. It's also most likely the main motif of the Lena-Axel path, since Lena buys the collar, but at this point it's just DS.

I think you need 6 on the left in order to go up one skill point on the right, to a maximum of 10. That's my understanding.
