Yes you are correct. So let assume that Louise already said 'no' to Jeremy in regard to this threesome to include Lena, because she also believe that Lena would say 'no' as well. But unfortunately Jeremy was very persuasive so Louise asked Lena anyway only to prove the point that Lena would say 'no', which was correct that Lena eventually said 'no'.
However, this Louise asking Lena scenario, on behalf of Jeremy, for the threesome, was only a setup scenario. So that when the threesome (Louise, Jeremy and one other girl, probably Alison) takes place at Louise's bedroom, and Lena choose to take a peek at the action. If Lena has fetish of threesome or big cock, then she feels regret for turning down the offer.

thats so true i love holly,cindy and alison it makes me a bit sad I guess i have to play both ian and lena singel(which would be boring to be honest) the whole game to get any good scenes its sad compared to her old games which had so many kinky/cheating npcs/corruption
and too be honest I dont even understand the true reason behind it scenes are already in game and it would not be hard to inplement without piss off people that want to play sweet non corrupted holly because both would be possible

It depends, in some episodes 2 new scenes were added while in others we didn't have any.

Often (almost always actually) when female LI in the game is in a relationship and decides to cheat with MC, after the fact that female LI becomes completely celebate with original partner. Regarding Cindy I hope this isn't the case and she still have some contact with Wade.

You can currently push Holly enough to maximize her
holly_change variable regardless of her relationship status.The game is like, half done at this point. And Holly's relationship with Ian has barely started. Pretty early to presume you won't get any opportunities for "good scenes" with Holly in the other half, wouldn't you say?

I got all those scenes the only one I'm missing is the vanilla scene between Ian and Lena
Yeah you can push Holly to be "corrupted" (better words for this game would probably be "outgoing" or "free-spirited") regardless of her relationship with Ian, she just won't cheat on him no matter what right now because she's very happy to be in a relationship with him.
Having her more "corrupted" will slightly change her sex scenes with Ian (i.e how much she can get into it while trying to give him a blowjob), in all likelyhood this trend will only continue into her being more active and confident during future sex scenes and/or willing to try new things.
Worth noting there's nothing in the game blocking Ian from sleeping around with everyone but Lena while he's in a relationship with Holly. He mostly justifies it to himself as "he's still just getting to know Holly and she knows he's not super ready for a serious relationship just yet" but he also feels some guilt over sleeping around. If that ends up blowing on his face later on maybe a highly "corrupted" Holly will be a bit more "vengeful" than one would expect.
The game itself refers to it in the script as "Lena-like". Holly looks up to Lena a lot, and the higher the variable value, the more she tries to be like her idol. So yeah, outgoing, fashionable, determined, self-assured etc.
