I recently had this and got it working by going into the appdata folder (you'll find it hidden in the *USERNAME* folder.), finding the RedString folder, and yeeting everything inside.
You probably have a save file or something getting corrupt. Just make sure to reinstall everything again to make sure everything is fresh and start the game once BEFORE installing any mods
