I know changelog said that this just for Lena x Seymour, but are there no other character interactions even if via text? I hate that bloody bastard Seymour and it took a lot of gritted teeth to get a save where I gave him Lena so I could check this update out in case it really is the only content, and my worst fears came true. Now I don't even have hope that the upcoming Xmas time will bear some fruits from this industry. What an awful year 2024 is.

I feel like the game is only halfway there lol, it has been around for 4 years and 5 months now. So another 4 years of development remaining.

Why does the dev care so much how the audience reacts to Seymour? Do they think everyone's obligated to enjoy every path in the game? How is this different to any other path like the Ian cuck path which I also hate? Make the damn game and let people enjoy it how they want. In real life no one except young girls or materialistic people like someone like Seymour: rich douchebags who use their wealth and power to bully and control everyone around them.

It is much easier to code (or work on anything) if you enjoy the project. Otherwise it can be a very burdensome chore that invites procrastination.

Because it's bad storytelling. and the game is languishing.

Women can have shitty jobs and have men pursue them.

Men do not get this luxury.

Further, my issue isn't just that he is writer, it's that that specific profession, to engage as a writer, pulls away from the rest of the engagement of the story. It's a FUNCTIONAL argument.

A sci fi writer can be a catch, have women date them, sure. But to create a game like this where all of the work of being writer is totally separate from the game play is the issue. Lena's work as a model is directly related to her game play. This is not the case for Ian.
