Guys, what is necessary to trigger the Lena x Emma sex scene on the last update? On my playthrough, Lena has always chosen Emma, but is on Seymour and Ian cuck paths.
If Lena is in relationship with Ian they need to have agreed to make it open during the stay at the beach house.

I'd think that'd blow up in Lena's face, since Emma is Ian's long-time friend, and she has morals. No sexual hangups, but cheating is without class (and she's all about the class war).

Exactly. Emma will fuck Lena if earlier during their talk Lena mentioned that she's now in open relationship with Ian (and she still double-checks if that's okay) but otherwise i don't see Emma agree to cheat on her close friend with his girlfriend just like that.
If Ian has been exclusive with Emma and always picked love choices with her she will still fuck Lena if you ask for it as Lena. Emma will say that he "probably won't mind" iirc.

Because Ian/Emma aren't a couple at that point. They're just friends with benefits or in an open relationship so getting with Lena is ok to her in that event. So there'd be no cheating.
I think that scenario also opens a threesome between them.

No. Emma has the same open relationship with Ian she develops with Perry. Lena explicitly asks about and Emma confirms this to be the case before and after they have sex. It's how the possibility of an Emma, Lena, Ian threesome happens, without the need of creating an open relationship with Lena. The relationship is open by default with Emma.
