No matter how many updates pass, my first and only love in this entire game, aside from maybe Emma, is Allison. Kudos to the dev for making the best looking and most attractive woman in any h-game I've played.
Ian needs to have fucked Alison in chapter 11 (after Cherry's exhibition) without already being dating her.
Where in the early game did she add the lines?.
As early as chapter 1 and 2. The fight with Robert and subsequent talk with Jeremy is different. Ian's discussion about Allison is different. Perhaps they've been changed earlier than this update, but this is the first I'm seeing it and I hadn't seen anyone else discuss those changes.

No one is pregnant including Allison. Certain members think Allison is trying to "baby trap" Ian but there's no proof of that since she's the one constantly telling Ian to wear a condom. There is some dirty talk tho that can hint at a breeding kink but that's as far as it goes. The dev's previous game had a few pregnancy endings so I wouldn't be surprised if some pregnancy endings happen here.
is there a reason for this update and the past few updates being so short? played this game since it came out and i could've sworn it was much longer, the earlier updates
As the game becomes more and more complex, the more things there are to keep track of and the longer it takes to produce content for it, what with the branching routes and all. That and there has been an increase in the quality of the illustrations, which is not obvious because the old images were touched up so that they match the new.
That talk (aside from being mostly joking) is mainly fueled by the path variant where Alison doesn't bother to talk about condoms at all and seems to relish getting Ian's sperm in her. So it's perhaps little less deluded than you make it sound.
Playing Alison's route it's clear she would love to be impregnated by Ian/has a breeding kink. But she is still adamant for Ian not to cum inside her because neither of them are ready for children. This is also paired with Alison obviously being in love with Ian, but not being ready for a relationship. Alison's story will likely conclude with both of these story threads ending with a loving relationship and Ian impregnating Alison.
Alternatively on the Alison "bimbo" route it will conclude with Alison not caring anymore and allowing herself to be impregnated without a stable relationship, either by Ian or Jeremy.
