I dont know this is a weird group,like for example Alison and Emma dont seem that close to each other,feels like Ian and Perry are the ones holding all these people close together.

I guess you might be right. But I'm also talking about the extended friend group. To summarize, Ian can sleep with Cindy, Emma, Alison, Lena and Cherry (you eventually have to choose between her and Lena) at the same time. Louise could be a potential recurring customer and Ian could potentially add Ivy and Holly to the roster. The closest we got was when Holly was telling Ivy and Lena of her experience sleeping with Ian.
Anyone know if there will be any heavy femdom content in Lena and Ians relationship in future updates?

Probably not. Most of these relationships are either sworn to secrecy or the people involved don't interact. Off the top of my head the only people I could see talking about it would be Alison and Cherry, since it is possible to sleep with both in one playthrough and they're already friends. But most wouldn't have such interactions.
For example Emma and Cindy, both agree with Ian not to reveal their relationship, so of course they wouldn't talk about it to each other. On the other hand, take Holly and Alison, their relationships with Ian aren't a secret, but they never really interact, so they probably aren't friends off screen either. Then there's characters like Holly and Cindy or Holly and Lena, which are characters that are mutually exclusive, meaning Ian can't have an extended sexual relationship with both in a single playthrough.

Idea for a third game: an engaged couple moves to a new city (where the action of the previous two games takes place). They are both faithful, but the good couple went bad and starts cheating on their partner. They both confess, saying that they don't know why they did it. From there, an investigation begins where they discover that the water supply is being poisoned with a drug that makes everyone horny. From a distance, Seymour sees how the young couple is too close to a plan that has been brewing for years.I thought everyone already knew that axel was fucking cindy, it wasn't too hard to tell, especially with axel's background and that basically in eva's universe everyone is a cheater.

ngl i thought everyone was aware that Cindy was fucking Axel, specially if some players decide to calm wade or go to holys book event, and still she was always on the path to cheat on Wade, the only power we have is if she will cheat Wade with 1 guy or 2 guys

I'm quite sceptical towards it because EvaKiss and the game takes it time for many pairings.
Cindy isn't swayed too easily, it took several chapters for Ian, a friend she is more familiar with than Axel, to have a chance with her. And even that was a very spontaneos affair in the heat of the moment, because the circumstances lined up.
Axel is a stranger towards her and he and his offer are overwhelming, so Cindy is careful and not jumping on his dick after one meeting. Furthermore, Axel knows the game, he is patient and cool and playing it out so that Cindy will make a move on him and believe thats her idea. The yacht it also semi-serious under a high class model agency, not a porn set.
Nobody denies that she will eventually sleep with Axel. But the idea that she is already isn't supported in the game. Afaik her and Axel's dialogue do not change based on her relationship to Wade when accused about them having an affair. So unless Eva writes it so that she always sleeps with Axel, regardless of player input, then it will happen later depending on how strong her relationships with Wade or Ian are. Most likely on the yacht, since Ian could have a big argument with her in their last scene together.
On the other hand, we can see Cindy is receptive to Axel's advances from the very start, all blushing and giggling literally 10 mins after she meets him. She also doesn't really mind him getting handsy with her during the photoshoot, if Ian doesn't interfere.
Counter-intuitively, the lack of familiarity may be actually making it easier for Axel precisely because he isn't a friend but a very handsome stranger straight from Nazi clone vats for the ubermensch.
